Took my wife and daughter for breakfast before work and school. Went down the drive-through, the breakfast sandwiches are pretty good. They liked whatever coffee they got. Had a small issue that was resolved quick on one drink. I'm not a coffee drinker so I got a chocolate milk wasn't great but I didn't go to a chocolate milk place. Overall decent place wish there was more non coffee options but like I said it is I coffee place.

My drive thru drink order was wrong so went in and they corrected it. Only reason for a 4 not 5 is the little tud I got when asking to have my order fixed. They did so I was ultimately satisfied

I ordered a Matcha latte in this lady brought me a medium Matcha latte instead of my grande. I got so mad at her that I jumped over the counter and I got the whip cream and sprayed her face. Customers were yelling that they were gonna call the cops on me, but I don’t understand why I was just doing self-defense because she kind of threw the Matcha latte at me. I mean she slid it on the counter of it to me nicely they were also yelling at me and didn’t act that way, but I don’t see why they were doing that. They probably would’ve done that if they didn’t get their little girls cake pop for them by the way, I’m 10 years old , my mom supports my decisions fully and she says that that was the right thing to do so nobody come after me or I will come after you and take your toes

Every time I’ve ordered on the app, it takes 20 plus minutes for one drink. They only care about beating the drive thru countdown clock. You’ll stand there while they spaz out over the drive thru and watch new cars in the drive thru leave long after you placed your order online. I actually left without my drink because they took too long. I asked for a refund and they refused because I “paid on the app”. What’s the difference?! Tards!
Don’t go to this location after 10am, the workers completely shut down after the early morning rush and you’ll be in line at least 30 minutes!

There have been multiple occasions where I put in a mobile order before I leave my house and I get here and my coffee still isn’t ready and I have to wait another 20 minutes for my items. All the while people in the drive-thru are just getting their drinks left and right. It’s just pointless to me to put in a mobile order if it’s not gonna be ready when I get there. I don’t understand how that happens and what the point of having a mobile order app is if you don’t even get to get your drink until you’ve been standing there for 20-30 minutes. Something needs to change ASAP
