With 5 employees working at 10am, why does it take a 10 minutes to get waited on to place an order? Customer service with a focus on positive attitude would be a beneficial improvement. Quality beverages and cleanliness is on point, just need friendly vibes. 🙂

Sadly this Starbucks has become very inconsistent with their drink making. The last handful of times I’ve ordered a drink here it’s been really watered down and flavorless. It had been a while, but I was craving a strawberry refresher with lemonade. I even added extra lemonade to try and fix the problem, but it was even worse than before. It was sad because I was really craving this yummy drink and it tasted like a super watered down fountain lemonade…. It was super clear and had no flavor.

Service is great here but I feel the employees aren't getting treated right... seems like they don't get very good breaks throughout the day. I come here often and talk to everyone here usally, im a pretty friendly person. But it always seems like they are feeling pretty burnt out and still have half there shifts left with no breaks left. I love the people at the store and the store itself but the employees seem to be being mistreated. I feel like when I've gone to other stores I can tell the employees are treated right they starbucks on wheeler has a great vibe! Just feel like the management should give their employees more gratitude. I feel like I never see the manager in here either which im my opinion isnt right!

The girl working window today needs to be re-evaluated. I will drive 30 minutes into town to get coffee before I ever come back to this location, because of how rude your employees are. Can't make a drink correctly and then ignores you when you are waiting to ask for it to be fixed. Finally just gave up and left with a cup of milk that was supposed to be coffee after paying $6. Never again. Horrible customer service.

If I could give zero stars I would! After driving 10 minutes then waiting in the wrapped around line for 16 minutes to get my drink, I get to the window and immediately get told “yeah I’m not gonna. Have change for that I only have 10a and 5s sorry” and takes the drink back and starts talking to another associate not business related. No let me see if I can get change not even a good morning when getting up to the window. I left without my drink even though I had the money to pay for it because of the lack of customer service and common courtesy I will not be back.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! The person working the register was too busy chatting with her co-worker to greet us or take our order. I stood in front of the register for a good five minutes while she was right there, talking and giggling with her co-worker instead of taking my order. Speechless.

The food constantly has flies all over it, not only that but at one point in time I heard the manager I believe her names savannah, ask one of the workers to keep the drive thru window closed (while this worker is handing out drinks to someone). Not only that but I've heard from multiple people they now aren't allowed to use the bathroom or they don't get a break. She's constantly in the back when there's a rush with only 2-3 people behind the bar. I go at least once a week maybe more to do some work and that's all I ever see. Shes also made it to where her workers must wait for their drink in line even if they are absolutely packed instead of just letting them make it quick and getting out of the way. There are a few workers who have bitter attitudes sure but most of them are very nice and friendly. Savannah on the other hand has made it to where I'd rather find another spot to be at, treating your employees right is not just responsible but it's also the fact of being a decent human being. Love Starbucks but maybe pick some better managers

Just a quick run in for a pick me up. Service was fast and on point. Online ordering made it super easy. Love those iced caramel macchiatos.

I went for two coffees and the cashier was not friendly. She did not say good morning or thank you. I asked for an extra straw and it seemed like I inconvenienced her. Definitely losing my interest in coming to this coffee establishment. Horrible service.

Coffee is what it is at Sbux. More importantly, this one is filthy & the employees just shrug it off. Flies are all over the inside of the food case & you know very well they get every where else. Gross. Restrooms aren’t clean. Exterior door won’t stay closed, so it’s hot and humid inside. Only stop here when there are few options & unfortunately, Calallen has less than few.

Went on a Saturday mid morning, not busy morning.The staff is the most unfriendly of any Starbucks I have been to. The young lady at the register just stood there looking at me, so I said 'good morning', she said nothing. 😂 I ordered my drink and specifically said extra, extra ice....I got little ice. At least the barista added more ice when Iasked. The barista also said NOTHING. I thanked her & left. Maybe they all gave up their manners for Lent! 🤷‍♀️. There was also no soap in bathroom!
