I ordered 2 peppermint mocha and when they were delivered I was very disappointed. They were only half made. No expresso shots, no whip cream, nothing. There was only peppermint syrup and milk. I paid all that money to receive this. It's very terrible.
I have lived in the area since this place sprung. It's just been getting worse. I ordered a quad grande Americano. I sat in store, so I tried to sip right away. It was as lukewarm as dishwater. When I asked the barista about it, she did not remake it, since no espresso pour takes 10 seconds, but there it was, either steamed or microwaved piping hot. Now bitter from having cooled down once, it was undrinkable. Look folks, it's no longer the economy where people shrug off a Starbucks coffee.

Usually great service... came to study as I always do, order a beverage and a bite. Today the music was so loud and distracting, tried to put my headphones on to muffle the sound but was not working. Music choice was also distracting, not usual of starbucks. I asked someone else on their way out (who was studying) if they found the music distracting and was wondering if I was just being a Karen. She also said she had to leave because she couldn't concentrate.

Ive been going to this starbucks for about 3 months now and I always seem to walk into a big group of the Starbucks employees sitting down a eating pizza while the others aren't getting to partake, honestly doesnt seem really fair to me. I always see the same workers sitting at the main big table being able to relax while there are 2 maybe MAYBE 3 workers behind the counter in a very packed lobby. Ive never seen the other workers be able to sit down and eat with them at any point and im there everyday for my pike place and I usually sit around and read for a few hours. If you ask me this starbucks needs to work on treating all there employees with the same amount of respect but I guess this manager doesnt think so 🤔

With 5 employees working at 10am, why does it take a 10 minutes to get waited on to place an order? Customer service with a focus on positive attitude would be a beneficial improvement. Quality beverages and cleanliness is on point, just need friendly vibes. 🙂

Sadly this Starbucks has become very inconsistent with their drink making. The last handful of times I’ve ordered a drink here it’s been really watered down and flavorless. It had been a while, but I was craving a strawberry refresher with lemonade. I even added extra lemonade to try and fix the problem, but it was even worse than before. It was sad because I was really craving this yummy drink and it tasted like a super watered down fountain lemonade…. It was super clear and had no flavor.
Service is great here but I feel the employees aren't getting treated right... seems like they don't get very good breaks throughout the day. I come here often and talk to everyone here usally, im a pretty friendly person. But it always seems like they are feeling pretty burnt out and still have half there shifts left with no breaks left. I love the people at the store and the store itself but the employees seem to be being mistreated. I feel like when I've gone to other stores I can tell the employees are treated right they starbucks on wheeler has a great vibe! Just feel like the management should give their employees more gratitude. I feel like I never see the manager in here either which im my opinion isnt right!

The girl working window today needs to be re-evaluated. I will drive 30 minutes into town to get coffee before I ever come back to this location, because of how rude your employees are. Can't make a drink correctly and then ignores you when you are waiting to ask for it to be fixed. Finally just gave up and left with a cup of milk that was supposed to be coffee after paying $6. Never again. Horrible customer service.

Doesn't know how to stay stocked up on what they need. Happened to me twice already I couldn't order what I wanted because they don't have what they need smh.
If I could give zero stars I would! After driving 10 minutes then waiting in the wrapped around line for 16 minutes to get my drink, I get to the window and immediately get told “yeah I’m not gonna. Have change for that I only have 10a and 5s sorry” and takes the drink back and starts talking to another associate not business related. No let me see if I can get change not even a good morning when getting up to the window. I left without my drink even though I had the money to pay for it because of the lack of customer service and common courtesy I will not be back.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! The person working the register was too busy chatting with her co-worker to greet us or take our order. I stood in front of the register for a good five minutes while she was right there, talking and giggling with her co-worker instead of taking my order. Speechless.
