The fact that they have flies in the case for the food on display and when told, they said "we know that's ok, we leave the food in there for couple days on display". Even if it's only for display, having flies like that and not doing anything to remove them, makes people wonder what else is dirty. Guess the fact that they were out of most items to serve was a good thing. Poor customer service and dirty tables and multiple flies everywhere. Said, this by far worse condition ever seen this Starbucks in or in fact any Starbucks. As writing this they handed my order to me and it was wrong. Starbucks needs to correct this asap.

The food and pastries are good but they are frequently sold out of alot. The service has always been good and the atmosphere is great BUT any drink I get made with espresso is 50%of the time made horribly!! I normally go through the drive through so no opportunity to ask them to remake it. I live 5 miles from this store and will often choose to get in corpus if that's where I'm headed. The price is too expensive to have to throw my drink out. Please take the time to hire staff who can focus on quality and consistency.

I have gone here multiple times, the people who are working hot bar do not seem to know how to make drinks with espresso, anytime I go I am disappointed. I just threw away a whole drink because, it was very watery and didn't tatse like coffee at all. It also seemed like they out the ice in the drink first and then poured the espresso on top. But the way the drive thru is set up it is impossible and a very big inconvenience to go inside and ask them to remake it. I've also ordered a flat white that was made like a regular latte. I would say 90% of the time the drinks are made wrong from the hot bar.

This Calallen store is the best I have ever been to! The employees are so friendly and helpful. Mistakes are replaced with no attitude or problem. I've been to a LOT of Starbucks around the Country and I think this one is absolutely #1! ?☕

Only issue I have ever had here is that they never have your food item done on time. Your coffee will be cold by the time they decide to get your food ready.
Drive way was a long line decided to go inside instead 20 minutes later now I’m still waiting as I am typing this if making drink takes longer than an actual meal then you should look into why you are messing up!.. turns out she took me name wrong or something they said literally ruined my

My favorite Starbucks to visit. Super friendly staff and overall great atmosphere. My boy Damian is always so nice and remembers my order almost immediately every time. Killer mustache too! ✌? 10/10 would go again and again!
