Employee held tightly a small cup out of the drive through window while this huge dog licked all over the place…I love dogs as much as the next person but I would prefer they stick to making wonderful drinks and keep the potential for dog ball juice out of my coffee. **There should be a rule to not physically serve animals in between making customer drinks, please.

Dear Stingers Coffee Team,
I’m writing to bring to your attention a negative experience I had at your location involving one of your employees, I believe her name is Audrey.
I’m a regular customer and usually enjoy your service, but lately, I’ve noticed that Audrey often appears upset or frustrated when helping me. I’m not sure what I may have done to cause this, but I always try to be respectful and polite.
Today, I ordered a latte, and it was made incorrectly. I politely handed it back and asked for it to be corrected, but she didn’t make any changes and returned it to me the same way. I felt dismissed and uncomfortable.
I wanted to let you know because I value your business and hope that future visits can be more positive. I won’t come back in the mornings anymore, hope fully she’s not there in the evenings. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter.
Also I need my money back I left the coffee on the counter. The employee is a white girl she always wears a black blouse. She was not on register today, she was making coffees. Sincerely, Juan Espinoza

Jose deserves a raise he’s literally the best. Of course I go for the great coffee but most importantly I go for the amazing service. He goes above and beyond to make sure everyone is taken care of. Great communication and always has a friendly attitude with everyone.

This is our favorite place to get coffee from. We always order the frozen Caramel macchiato with an extra hot shot of espresso. It's perfect every single time. And I haven't met one employee I didn't like. They are all great.
