Went to Streat Corner Kitchen earlier today with my buddy James and lord have mercy. First time there and it will not be the last.
I ordered the OG elote bowl with chicharrones and I am not exaggerating when I say my taste buds filed a thank you letter. The elote was creamy and packed with flavor and those chicharrones were cooked absolutely perfect. Crispy but not trying too hard about it. Real confident crunch.

Street Corner Kitchen does something rare. Food that tastes as good as it looks. Friendly staff, environment, and a nice location next to Ocean drive. whether you live in Corpus Christi, or visiting, try SCK!
I ordered two of the Loli’s tacos one carne asada and one chicken. The tacos were pretty standard. Both meats could’ve used seasoning to add flavor; they were quite bland on their own. I added sriracha, which only gave them a bit of a hot taste. There were other items on the menu, but I can only speak to the tacos I tried. The staff was professional, and the establishment was clean. The meat could use some type of seasoning to provide an added flavor.
