Don't order with app. I ordered online. They waited till I was in the store then waited until all the customers ordered them got in line then started to prepare the order. Why have the app

I ordered my sandwich online and went into the store. I wasn’t even greeted by anyone and waited multiple minutes to be talked to. I ended up finally getting my order.
After I got my food, I began eating my sandwich. It was mediocre and not of quality. The lettuce was browning and none of it tasted fresh.
As I was eating, I saw something crawling in my sandwich. I put my food down and it was a moth. A moth crawled out of my sandwich. It was absolutely disgusting and I was shocked. The workers all heard me freak out, but didn’t say anything at all. I went up to the register, told them, and showed them the moth in my food. They just made a gross look on their face and didn’t say anything.
It was absolutely disgusting and makes me wonder how clean the restaurant is.

Subway has changed, not like it used to be. $40 dollars for two footlong sandwiches and chips is a lot. Plus I cannot see the meat selection? It's covered by a metal panel like they don't want us to see, but we can see the veggies and toppings! I don't know....seems very odd. What is there to hide? I used to get chicken breast sandwich, with spinach and cheese first and toasted baked and then my veggie selection. So we only go here if in need of a quick sandwich ? even if it's not worth the price. Staff is super cool....I know they don't make the prices, but subway sandwiches for two shouldn't be $40 including the chips. So we just get a big bag of chips somewhere else and never add a drink.

They are accepting coupons!!! Physical ones from the mail, and ones you receive through the app. It was nice to see that they try to accommodate veterans, law enforcement, and large families by offering discounts or spare coupons. I was told a recent change of management was the source of why coupons were back and forth but hey I ain’t complaining man

I order online veggies sandwiches Cucumber test is very bitter and no tosted and no onion in there

They no longer honor the coupons for their establishment that we receive in the mail. Apparently this a decision made by this specific location owner. They also don't take orders over the phone, must place online. Tables are usually a little dirty, have had mistakes made on sandwich in past.

Ondanks dat we broodjes minder lekker vonden (niet super vers, de groenten waren zo’n beetje op en de komkommer was bruin), willen we 10 sterren geven aan de harde werkende medewerkers. Wat een toppers! Super aardig, de kids kregen zelfs een zakje chips. Ze maakten een praatje en hadden plezier. Dank voor deze fijne ervaring, mannen! Ondanks de mindere broodjes, waren jullie top!??

I used to be the manager of this location for three years until the end of this past December and thats when I had my new baby, I apologize for anything that’s been going on since. In October they had new ownership and when I left they decided to take the store in a different direction, the new management that they put in place has since ran off all of my good hard-working employees who really cared about the product that they were giving customers. Now I get customers contacting me and letting me know that the vegetables here no longer are fresh looking. The bread is rough and days old and that their hot soup and meatballs are being allowed to stay far past their four hour time limit. It seems to me that the new ownership only cares about saving every dollar wherever it can. I went back to work and I’m at the Boathouse mon-fri 10am-4:30 if you wanna come see me there?❤️ ⚓️?️?⛵️⛴️
