If I could give this location less zero stars I would. It was awful. The employee was beyond rude. Rolling her eyes, annoyed when engaged and downright disrespectful throughout the interaction. We ordered two foot longs and two chips. They charged us for fountain drinks after we filled our water bottle with water from the drink fountain. When asked about a free water cup, the employee stated “we don’t do that here.” Apparently they charge for water at their store and we were in violation of their policies by filling up our own container instead of paying $2.37 for a small, unlabeled cup. Bread and chips were stale. Asked for a new bag of chips and was told I needed to check the date on the bag because it was not expired. Meager portions of veggies on sandwiches and death glares when we asked for a “bit more”. The employee was unfamiliar with the menu options and got angry when we asked to sub out jalapeños for black olives😳

The lady with the flower tattoos on her left forearm is rude and is very skimpy with what she adds to your sandwiches. Heaven forbid you ask her for more and she says she is not allowed to. I offered to pay for the extra and she said she does not have an "extra" button. I won't be returning and this explains why there was no one in there. She probably had ran off all the customers because who wants to pay for a sandwich that barely has any vegetables in it. I only ask for 4 things and she wouldn't put any extra, but then proceeded to ask me if I wanted anything else. The answer was no obviously because I wanted more of only two of the four veggies I had on there. Very disappointed. Also, I didn't like how we no longer can see what they are doing when putting the meat and cheese on the sandwiches. Feel like she is tainting with it. My advice is to go to a different subway.

This store is crazy… one of the workers came out of the store while me and my brother were just walking by and she started yelling at my brother why was he taking pictures of the inside of subway when my brother was just texting on his phone and some guy came on his scooter and heard and said it’s because there never anyone at this subway so she probably bored getting high??DO NOT COME HERE

Rude staff! The lady who prepared my sandwich was so lazy she didn’t even fold the turkey, just slapped it right on, made it difficult to eat. I work 2 minutes from this location and I will never go back again! I would rather drive a couple more miles to the Weber location.

Employees are very rude, made snarky remarks to eacother under their breath, when I asked for more veggie because of them skimping on the toppings and overall just a negative environment. Would not recommend this place, I suggest going to a different location for better service. If there's better staff and service the next time I go in I'll up my rating, too bad I couldn't give -⭐'s
Just went to go to an order and had the worst experience ever. Pat who was serving me was so rude and yelling not just at me but the other paying customers to. I never felt so uncomfortable being in a food industry environment before. The poor girl who was working with her look so sad working there having to deal with that lady’s poor attitude and to top it off it’s supposed to be a place where we can feel comfortable bringing our family but I would never when she started cussing out loud for the whole store to hear. So unprofessional and inappropriate will never go there again.

It was horrible I went with my sister out for lunch I ask to use the restroom so I can wash my hands the lady in the front told me I had to be a customer in order Togo to the restroom I told her I was going to order but I wanted to wash my hands first and she refused the lady doing my sandwich was just slamming every thing it was horrible service I will never return to this location again
