Placed a mobile order for a 12" flatbread. On picking it up, I noticed that in the bag it felt short. Mentioned it to the employee and he looked at the ticket and told the lady it was short. She began to make the other half of the sandwich and while it was in the oven, she unwrapped it and said it was there, he just wrapped it wrong. I took this to mean that the two halves were stacked on each other. Hesitantly, I left it at that. Upon opening it, well, instead of making the sandwich lengthwise as it should be, it was made along the short side, effectively making it a 6" sandwich that was more of a wrap than a sandwich.
Tl;dr Footlong=6.5" at this shop & don't tip on mobile orders.

I when in this morning and the rough looking girl with short hair cut have always had an attitude towards customers not nice at all , that “woman” need a new job cuz apparently the one she is in now isn’t her likening, she don’t know what’s customer service.. cursing at customers, honestly I think she is mad cuz she can’t grow a mustache ?, please don’t go there.

Awful customer service from Monica. Doesn’t know how to be kind to customers. Just complained the entire time. So disappointing.
Literally walked in not two steps and the woman behind the counter, Monica, told us to just straight up get out because she was busy doing a catering order all by herself. Her attitude was really rude and she kept mumbling to herself for us to get out and go away and that we didn’t have to order here to get food.Really bizarre and uncalled for. Horrible service. At least she gave us the bathroom code before we left. Unbelievable.

Only had white or wheat bread available. I chose white. Ordered a turkey club. The “avocado” is a dark grey sludge squeezed from a bag. Sandwich was rock hard and crusty and disgusting. Probably should take down any signage claiming “fresh”. One and done…

So I don’t generally do reviews especially with places that don’t do a good job more than half the time but they have someone new recently, think the name tag said Tony. That dude is super friendly and literally has made the best looking sub I’ve seen in any subway in corpus. Looks straight out of a commercial and it was good, nothing was sloppy about it after handed the sub . This employee needs a shout out for real.

They never have any veggies chopped up..lettuce tomatoes and pickles...spinach if you're lucky.

Ordered a 6 in meatball sub with provolone. Worker couldn’t get 2 slices of cheese apart so they just slapped em on stuck together. I Asked them to fix it, they told me they couldn’t. I had to choose a different cheese. Fine, shredded since we obviously can’t separate the others. She then Toasted it without asking me. They no longer have olives. I got my sandwich and The bread looks like it was man handled and most of the shredded cheese is stuck to the paper now.Just ridiculous. You can’t separate 2 slices of cheese?Then to make it better, I got a meal but she didn’t charge the drink/chips as a meal, they charged me full price for each so I was also overcharged. Not sure who that lady is, but she needs to go!Do better! Come on.
