I bought some tea that had gone bad and made me immediately nauseous. When i tried to call and tell them they wouldn’t answer the phone. Hopefully no one else drinks it.

The manager was very rude both times I went in, she had a miserable attitude and was extremely unprofessional. I will not be returning to this subway and also they didn’t offer a military discount. The manager should be fired immediately. Absolutely Terrible customer service she acted like she hated working there, please fire her.
Subway locations vary wildly. This place is insanely expensive. If you doubt me download the subway app and compare prices of a footlong sub to the same prices of other nearby subway locations.
This subway has Jersey Mike’s prices with typical Subway trash quality.
Do not patronize this location, if you are hungry, take a minimum amount of effort to drive and eat somewhere else.
It cost me $20 for a footlong and a drink. I could get a much better sub at Jersey Mike’s for the same price

Food was ok kinda burned my bread and manager had attitude like her whole life dedicated to subway, we sat down I went back up for TWO pieces of banana peppers and she goes it’s “like making a whole salad I don’t care if it was half a pepper” like ok that’s why she still gave them to me w her miserable self

Girl Monica was very rude . Especially when busy . Has attitude and extremely rude no manners or professionalism on how to treat customers. Acts like it’s a bother to make a sandwich and dinner job. Makes only one sandwich at a time then goes to cash out person waiting to finish having sandwich built . Why line continues to grow bigger. Always see new faces in there working seems like no one can work with her. But the problem is her that needs to be gone . She is extremely unprofessional. No longer go to this location. Was a weekly visit . But not anymore do to her service

Showed up at 10:40am - the only 2 customers in the building. Bought 2 meals for lunch and opted not to get the drink for one of the meals because I had a powerade in the truck. This includes 2 bags of chips. When sitting down thr lady behind the counter said that I couldn't drink my powerade in the store. I thought this was a joke. So I proceeded to ask if she was serious because it obviously seemed like a joke. She then got mad, frustrated, and asked me to leave the store. Kindly I said I am not trying to question your authority I am simply asking why it's such a big deal considering we were the ONLY two customers in the restaurant. She then asked me to leave the store. I will not be coming back to this subway, nor will my employees and we frequent this subway a lot.

We have been to quite a few different subways and this one is amazing.
2 ladies working.
They were so polite.
We were there less than 10 minutes!
We spent an hour at the Three Rivers Subway off hwy 72.
This Subway you walk in they greet you and right away ask you for your order. One of them even added asking if we wanted any soup and that made me want to get some so I did. The place was spotless and the assembly they had was on point.
Way to go!!

We came in to pick up sandwiches during our lunch, the workers did not think to be sure there was no additional add ons before charging my card ( I do not know what is extra, I don't work for Subway)
We were ordering 2 sandwiches and the cashier charges me for both when the first sandwich was made and the second was getting started, so when asking for avocado on the second sandwich the worker rudely says that they can not have the avocado because the sandwich was already paid for; adding that your mother wanted to pay already as if I ( not his mother by the way) was in a hurry to pay.
Monica the worker building the sandwich was immediately rude as they went straight to blaming the customer for being in a hurry to pay as if we didn't still have to wait for the second sandwich to be made, this woman has absolutely no business working with customers.
It was a mistake made by the workers for trying to hurry the customers through is all that I can assume and just turned immediately hostile towards us with look and attitude as she just blamed me for wanting to hurry up and pay????? seriously. Let me add never did I say in any way that I was ready or wanted to pay when the cashier just started adding up on the register, so even at that point I could only assume there would not be reason to add additional charges to a sandwich being made.
The way she looked at me I thought she was gonna step out of her area....of course now a days customer service sucks but this was completely uncalled for and most definitely could have been handled in a more professional way or at the least as if the customers mattered at all.
People with that kind of attitude do not need to be working customer service for any place that cares about how they look to the public.

Placed a mobile order for a 12" flatbread. On picking it up, I noticed that in the bag it felt short. Mentioned it to the employee and he looked at the ticket and told the lady it was short. She began to make the other half of the sandwich and while it was in the oven, she unwrapped it and said it was there, he just wrapped it wrong. I took this to mean that the two halves were stacked on each other. Hesitantly, I left it at that. Upon opening it, well, instead of making the sandwich lengthwise as it should be, it was made along the short side, effectively making it a 6" sandwich that was more of a wrap than a sandwich.
Tl;dr Footlong=6.5" at this shop & don't tip on mobile orders.
