The young girl up front was very rude to my boyfriend and I came in to meet him here for lunch and she was also rude to me as well. Gave us a hard time over a drink and my boyfriend was trying to understand the charge on his receipt.

Had to stop for lunch and subways are usually consistently good. Our family of 6 discussed our experience and surmised. The subway bread is not as good as it used to be. Not soft or fresh. Cleanliness was not good. Bathroom had not been cleaned the last 2 days per the checklist on the wall. Flies were buzzing around and a bug landed on the sandwich paper while we were there. Service was good. Very pleasant and friendly. This store needs to do better to get my business back.

This is the only subway my husband and I go too! The best subs, service and atmosphere.

I got here at 9:10, got into drive thru and started ordering a meatball sub, just to get told right before I finish that they are out of meatballs. I then placed my order that consisted of a 2 6inch subs and 2 soups. I get to the window just to be told they don’t have the soup I wanted. I asked for the other soup and then get told they don’t have ANY soup.

I understand you close in an hour but if it’s on the menu, I should be able to order it. Ridiculous.

Worst ever. They don’t even acknowledge you at the drive in. After waiting, wife goes in and they said, “They cannot see behind them”. “A guy order like 10 sandwiches”. The drive up should have been blocked had they not wanted to take orders from it. The attitude the workers had was not what I’d want in an employee of mine. They were short handed, and that’s managements fault, but at least teach your employees about how to work with people. We were there on 5/10/2025 at 2:28pm

You had one job. Instead, I got a piece of bread that’s so stale, the sandwich is inedible. It takes a special lack of effort to serve something so terrible, but you succeeded. And I only had to pay $16 for the privilege of being treated like you hate me!

The place was overall clean and had a good atmosphere. Cierra helped me out and she is so amazing. Definitely deserves a raise or some kind of reward. She was very helpful, kind, attentive, and had a great attitude! Absolutely love her. Definitely will be coming back to this location.

Always a great experience each time we come by. I do miss my African American lesbian friend that use to work here tho, I forgot her name, her energy was unmatched. The food still suffices here, whether at a drive thru or dining in.

Me and my daughter went in for take out and got treated like we were a bother….. we received no greeting even after i greeted the two workers I got no response…. Rita made our two sandwiches and two rolls all alone and was friendly and talked to us … I would have tipped her if she didn’t have to split it…. Unfortunately the other girl stood at the register watching as our sandwiches sat there waiting for veggies while rita finished the rolls, didn’t bother helping her at all….. the other girl was on her phone with AirPods in stocking chips…. Yes it was just us in there but if you can help finish up the order why not do it…. My kid works at subway and said it’s not usually just one person working….. no smile on her face no thank you no goodbye nothing…. I asked for some sugar and she stated they had none than went and got some from the back…. I feel bad for Rita having to work with a shitty ass partner…. I literally watched a fly land on my sandwich while Rita was trying to finish up rolls and her coworker just sat there watching ….. hope yall can provide training on customer service….

Overall just a pleasant lunch experience. The first thing I noticed when I walked in was the cleanliness. You could definitely tell the dining area was kept up, The service was friendly and fast and the sandwiches tasted fresh.

The sandwich was small, definitely not a six inch. The veggies tasted terrible and the next time, I would rather go to Jersey Mike's. Stay away from this location. It's not worth the time or money. They were out of stock on things I wanted too.

A few weeks ago Black girl was very rude and no one is wearing hair nets when speaking w manager regarding the rudeness I can see why she still works there. He was hearing me but not listening as she continued to be rude. Mexican mgr in charge needs to be re-trained.
