This place is definitely getting upgrades because I eat here a lot and it's just keeps getting better. The young lady working when I came in made my subs with a smile she was fast and curtious she had a lil rush going on and she handled it.. My sub was perfect thank you for such a great experience.

The lady that is working at the store as of 9:40 PM Sunday, March 9, 2025 is horribly rude. She often and puffed when me and two other customers walked in the door and she rolled her eyes. She did not greet the customers. And then she took a long time to make the sandwiches where the third customer just walked out the door and she didn’t say a word to anyone. She was also being skimpy on the vegetables. She rolled her eyes when I asked for additional onions. I come to this subway on Alameda and Everhart all the time because I live by here and the guy that works during the daytime is much nicer. The food is quite tasty. But this lady should be fired. She is bad for business.

Horrible experience, it has been a while since I have subway because they got rid of the bread I like and couple other things, but today I wanted to give it a try again. Beginning with the service the woman that made our sandwich seem that she was in a bad bad mood. We ate there, and we had order a churros, when we had finished eating our sandwiches, we open the bag where the churros was in and the churro was hard as the table.... I ask the lady if it was supposed to be this hard, her response make me so mad...she said " Well you were supposed to eat it right away" well how am I supposed to eat it before my sandwich? Or at least she could have told me oh hey just so u know it those get hard. She didn't offer on making another one or apologies for it. Horrible Horrible service. I make better sandwiches, never coming back to Subway.
