The sandwich artist didn’t seem to understand what I meant by “protein” and became upset when I politely tried to clarify. She said that “protein” means double meat, and I explained that I only wanted one regular serving. She continued to argue and told me that a sandwich only includes six slices of meat, even though there were only three on mine. I then said I no longer wanted her to prepare my food, at which point she tossed the sandwich aside and visibly threw a tantrum. I still have not received a call back regarding her customer service.

I come in here often for lunch and dine in. This time there was a lady from corporate or something in the lobby. Speaking extremely loud on a call she was having on her laptop I assume. There was card order and signs on another table. Making it very uncomfortable to eat in peace for my 1 hour break. She could lead by example and take her meeting to the back and make the lobby accessible to customers trying to have some time for lunch. I decided to eat my $15 wrap combo in my car. I love Mary btw the reason I come into the restaurant

I'm in here now on June 2025. The worker is high as a kite. Can't pay attention. The workers child in there about 4/5. Being obnoxious! Like I'm seriously about to walk out. I have repeatedly told this man what I want and he is not listening. Get it together!!!

This store never has their stuff together. I am not a big fan of subway. But someone told me that I should go and try their footlong cookies. So I go and they tell me that they Frozen. They wouldn't have them anytime soon. Well here what I see wrong with this. Your a restaurant you have all products ready to serve. Not at your convenience when you feel fit to do so. I will not go back to this store. And the store manager is rude. She needs to be shown how to manage her store. You don't tell a customer no. They pay your pay check. You have no customers you have no job. Horrible store

DONT COME TO THIS SUBWAY. I came in with a coupon, 3 footlongs for 17.99 and was given my sandwiches. Then I come back 2 days later with the exact same coupon and the owner said that he no longer accepts those types of coupons or any coupon that has the word free on it. Talk about stingy.
This subway is in a good, safe location. Service was excellent, the sub was made perfect.

The young man making my sandwiches was quite polite and had good recommendations and was quite helpful during check out. I had an outdated coupon and he helped me out. I'm quite appreciative, great employee.

Went at lunchtime so they were pretty busy but the line moved quickly. That being said, the lady's working seemed flustered and like they were just trying to get us out of there as quickly as possible, dropping items on the floor and tossing sandwiches abrasively to the side in a rush. The speaker was positioned right above the make table and playing music loudly to the point you could not hear the woman. My friend was given the wrong bread after specifically telling her 3 times which one he wanted. They didn't accept the coupons either even though they were supposedly nationwide and direct through Subway. The food was pretty good overall but the whole situation was pretty chaotic.
