I would be giving them a 2 star but the food was good. My main problem is that they gave me a 6 inch when i ordered a foot-long. Like you have one job and you can’t even do that right ? c’mon.

Went to subway and got 6 subways how did they forget to put the meat inside. The guy who made it said he knows he put THE MEAT. They have CAMERA'S and didn't want to review them but would call us make to speak with a manager to see if they could make it right and never called back.

I went in with my friend and ordered 2 six inch sandwiches, the sandwiches were good but the customer service sucked the whole time they were giving us ugly looks for what we ordered there were 3 employees and only 1 had gloves on and the other 2 were touching our food and toppings it was disgusting because we didn't know where their hands were and they just touched all of our food they all looked like they hated their jobs which really affected the costumer service.... I went home and I was scared to eat it..I love subway, but they need better employees

This Subway needs to be closed immediately because all the employees are giving Subway a bad reputation. This is the only Subway that has sub par educated employees.
If I could give less stars I would- waited 25 minutes in the drive thru after ordering with no response from the employees. Doors were still locked at 9:30 when i parked to try and get my food and told 'oh we're still setting up' no one so much as opened the window for 20 minutes straight to tell me that.

So we ordered Subway sandwiches on the Subway App Saturday, March 2 at 5:27 PMThis subway was closed. Our order never came, and the restaurant still charged us.After phone calls to the store to argue about who owes us a refund, they stated it was DoorDash we saw on our bill It was Subway. We asked to speak to the manager and we were told that he tends the store during the opening shift. The person we were speaking with, tried to refund us and advised us to wait 48 hours and then call back during the morning shift to speak with the manager if our refund doesn’t go through.Of course the refund did not come through. We called the store on Friday, March 8 and requested to speak to the manager. The person that answered the phone said the manager would call us back.We got a callback from Tom who is not the manager. Tom informed us that there is no manager at that store (what a surprise)after wait , We went through through the hassle of contacting our credit card company to get our refund. The store did not cooperate and insisted it was somebody else’s responsibility to get us back our money.I don’t suggested that Tom should compensate us for the hassle with a sandwich and then thought against it (you know the old saying about food from a disgruntled kitchen)Tom got angry, and said that was personal started yelling at me on the phone and over talking meI Suggested we end the conversation.Lesson learned, don’t buy Subway sandwiches on the app and don’t go to this subway store as they are clearly lacking management.We won’t be back
