So we ordered Subway sandwiches on the Subway App Saturday, March 2 at 5:27 PMThis subway was closed. Our order never came, and the restaurant still charged us.After phone calls to the store to argue about who owes us a refund, they stated it was DoorDash we saw on our bill It was Subway. We asked to speak to the manager and we were told that he tends the store during the opening shift. The person we were speaking with, tried to refund us and advised us to wait 48 hours and then call back during the morning shift to speak with the manager if our refund doesn’t go through.Of course the refund did not come through. We called the store on Friday, March 8 and requested to speak to the manager. The person that answered the phone said the manager would call us back.We got a callback from Tom who is not the manager. Tom informed us that there is no manager at that store (what a surprise)after wait , We went through through the hassle of contacting our credit card company to get our refund. The store did not cooperate and insisted it was somebody else’s responsibility to get us back our money.I don’t suggested that Tom should compensate us for the hassle with a sandwich and then thought against it (you know the old saying about food from a disgruntled kitchen)Tom got angry, and said that was personal started yelling at me on the phone and over talking meI Suggested we end the conversation.Lesson learned, don’t buy Subway sandwiches on the app and don’t go to this subway store as they are clearly lacking management.We won’t be back

Pretty poor experience very unprofessional and poorly ran store was suppose to pick up my order at 5:20 instead had to wait inside store for almost over 50 mins because the employee couldn’t handle making 2 sandwiches, the sandwich line was unclean and the employee used the same gloves. Will not be picking up anymore orders from Subway.

This Subway is alright. They seem to always miss a thing or two on my order or the wife's order. Me and the wife have been getting very keen to starting to check for what's in our bag when we get our drive-thru food here. Last time we didn't get our chocolate chip cookies when we paid for it. Had to ask them to get them for us. Otherwise, never had any issues with the food here. The wife and I recommend this Subway to anyone. Just always double check your orders when you get them. 4/4 stars from both me and the wife!

I doordashed a tuna foot long with only THREE extra things added and along with the bread being so old it was hard, I didn't get two of the three toppings I ordered. That's more than half the damn sandwich but they sure as hell charged me $2 for the extra toppings. Best thing in my order was the two bags of chips. I usually don't care if things are messed up but it was such a small order and I paid extra. My total order was over $20 for a sandwich I had to take half the bread off to eat. Things are getting too expensive for people to be screwing up food orders like this.
