Subway

Good sandwich.

This is the Subway at five points in calallen and the only complaint I have is that the employees do not have their hair back and a hairnet and
they don't wear visors either nor do they wash their hands often. But they were friendly and worked fast and listened to all the instructions.

The subway In Calallan is above and beyond any expectations. Everything was very clean all the vegetable section I mean, fresh and clean and in order and all the employees were very courteous and professional, and just excellent excellent service they should all be managers. They definitely deserve a pay rate increase. Excellent job.!!!!!!!!!!

I simply called to see if I was allowed to place an order over the phone, only because I only had cash.I was told “let me check” then I was hung up on immediately. I assumed it was an accident but then no one wanted to answer the phone after that. A simple yes or no would have sufficed. I didn’t have a large order it was a simple foot long sub. But instead of being professional the young woman that answered decided to just simply hang up the phone. Very disappointed in the staff at this location.

Last night manager was very rude with a disabled customer. I tried to explain her my nephew disability and she became very belittle.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced attitude since we walked in they need better customer service

Good sandwich but the cashier made a joke about charging me an extra $10 and another time a girl was motioning to push the cart of chips to the wall next to me when I was checking out.. I got out of her way, but she should have waited... No one wants to feel like walls are closing in on them, especially while paying for their dinner.

This rating is only for tonite because we always order from this subway but tonite they closed early I understand that but it doesn't say that online my daughter order online her sandwich was ready when we went to pick it up the girl that was there said they were closed ok but my daughter ordered and paid for her sandwich already I went to knock again and no one came to the door I knocked atleast five times I honked called no answer then I banged on door the girl finally came and started saying she didn't appreciate me banging on door but if she would of answered the first five times I knocked I wouldnt have had to bang needless to say she was yelling at me and saying she was going to call the cops i wouldnt of yelled at her if she would of listened that they don't say their closed early and we already had a sandwich order And paid for. very unhappy and upset on how she handled herself and the situation my daughter paid 16.54 and didn't get her drink either

The absolute thing I just witnessed for a quick 6 inch sub, younger girl dark hair with glasses doesn’t know what any sandwich in the menu comes with and then gives me an attitude and slams my sandwich when I was going to pay. She put once slice on each meat in my sandwich . Never again will I go there I’ll make sure to tell everyone I know too in the area. Miserable.

The past several times I've come to this location I've ordered online and received a ready status only to arrive and have to wait 20 minutes for them to get around to my order. Half the time they make it wrong, and since when did Subway discontinue black olives?

Extremely rude sandwich prep employee, she was very loud towards me. I simply ordered a sandwich meal. Employees who don't want to work need to quit or get fired. There's no need to be unprofessional, customer service is important in order to survive as a business.

I come here at least twice weekly and it seems to always be the same interaction. I wasn’t greeted when walking in, everyone just kinda looked at me. The tone of the lady I was talking to was very unfriendly, almost like she was mad but it’s like that everytime my wife and I go in. There used to be a guy that worked there that was really nice but I haven’t seen him in a while, this location needs new management.
