Ordered online. Made my sandwich wrong. I had someone pick it up for me and they can’t go back to the store. So I just don’t get it eat! The lady just said to come back with the sandwich and have it remade. I CANNOT DO THAT. HALF of my items were not on there. Please just go somewhere else 🙏🙏

Highly dissatisfied I email corporate already to make this right and no one's emailed me back so now im writing my honesty review I ordered online and when I went to pick up my food I wasn't welcomed and the two lady's working were rude one just kept staring at me ugly and the other didn't say anything I let them know I paid for a happy Gilmore cup and I was told we're out and they walked away didn't offer me my money back or nothing just ignored me after I would never come back to this subway again and not sure if I even want to be a vip with them anymore would not recommend this subway

Customer service was not professional at all. Very rude employee who was obviously not in the mood to wait on me. Employee was arguing with me and even when I explained what I wanted employee didn't apologize. Customer service should be important to Subway employees & management because without good customer service you will lose customers.
Showed up at 9:30 and they were closed. Online and the doors says open till 10 PM. VERY disappointed.

My friends order was fine. When I asked for veggies on the side they just put ALL the veggies on the side when I just wanted spinach and onion. My meatball was HORRIBLE. I literally tasted like wet dog food. Not worth the 22 dollars spent.
