I went Into this particular subway on Staples and Yorktown on 12 /3/24 at 4:30PM. I was the third person in line and it took 45 minutes just to get to the glass where I can order. Although the two employees behind the counter were very nice and polite, they were not very efficient on working together to make a flowing assembly line. On top of that , they were the slowest moving people I have ever seen in my entire life. One would think with a rush or having customers, employees would put a pep-in-their-step to create a great customer’s experience. Issues with the credit card reader took some time as well. So when ordering to the time I paid took 30 mins. So finally at 6pm I was able to enjoy my wonderful #45 honey mustered chicken wrap!

Antonio is the one who helped me ….wonderful wish there were more people that took pride in their job like this young man …. Subway you need to keep this one he will bring you lots of people because of how much he cares when making the SUB ….. hey Antonio Great job man !!!!!

This Subway has just been terrible the last few times I have ordered from here. They make sandwhichs incorrectly, and they don't follow customer instructions. My recommendation is to stay away from this location.

Adam is the best! Give that kid a raise. A woman walked in the other night while they were slammed, she was yelling at him about an online order. Adam remained calm was very polite, and professional to that rude women. He took care of her right after he finished the family of five he was helping...

I'm assuming the manager charged my card when paying. But didn't put my sandwich in bag, didn't say thank you. Just walked away after he charged my card preoccupied with his sale receipts. The gentleman who made my sandwich was nice.

I was just advised by my Uber eats guy that the restaurant has completely run out of bread ?, ya know the key ingredient to their business? They should close this place indefinitely. How absolutely embarrassing for them! ?

Place order at drive through touch screen. Mine and my buddies sandwiches were not made the way we ordered. Had to go back and have his remade.Ridiculous touch screen. This location dosent have black olives either.

Ordered online and paid but when we arrived there it was closed and no one was there. The order said it was ready but clearly not ‍♀️ why does this one keep saying they close at 10 but close around 7:30 instead bc of some problem??? HOW DO I GET A FULL REFUND?????? This sucks-
