11-24-24. Some old lady and a young guy working there, both were rude. Would not let me use my SubWay coupon cause this is not a franchise store, even though the sign says SubWay. I give 3 stars cause the week before was some older men workers an they where all nice , friendly , had smiles, an let me use my SubWay coupon at Subway. I wont be going back because they refused to take my coupon. How does this save them money by not taking my coupon?

Went today and had one employee working the counter (another was in the back). He was awesome!! I wish I caught his name, but he did everything perfectly! I went for the $6.99 footlong and he was able to help me out. Great employee!

You can tell the guy that made my dipper didn't want to be at work or just a rude person, passive aggressive.. Very short and blamed his co worker for ringing up her customers items and he mistakenly rang it and charged customer twice blaming the female coworker... And if he's working I'd rather go somewhere with a better atmosphere.

Roll-up dippers is all bread.. unrolled dipper 3 times to get to the pepperoni.

Wanted to give this subway a try across from my apartment. I now know not to come back as the service I received was terrible from the employees. Just stared at you waiting for you to say what you want. No greeting. & the cashier definitely lacked social skills talking to me like I’m ridiculous, then overcharged me for my meals after looking at the receipt. They were out of a side for one of my meals then would not substitute anything else, told me I have to pay if I want a bag of chips instead. Like it’s not my fault you are out of sides for my meal. Why eat somewhere the employees are rude to you? Just eat at another subway they are on every corner almost haha!

Online pickup order was disgustingly wrong. When I called (about 15 times) to let them know I was heading up there for a re-do, nobody answered and their mailbox is full. Highly disappointed and hugely disgusted. Do better!!
