Online pickup order was disgustingly wrong. When I called (about 15 times) to let them know I was heading up there for a re-do, nobody answered and their mailbox is full. Highly disappointed and hugely disgusted. Do better!!

(updated due to second experience) Service was oddly rude. She kept side eyeing me and had bad attitude. In the end the food was made and it was done correctly and tasted good. I'll give a 3 star instead of a 2 because the food was so nice. Bad reviews below say it all. Her coworker was pretty polite. He was probably like, "Why is she acting like that towards the customer..."

Me and the wife walked in to grab a quick bite to eat. The guy helping us was slurring his words, and he had a serious attitude. Could barely understand the man. Asked for bread, the man hesitated and turned around and opened the bread storage aggressively. Then he slams the bread on the table. Keep your hostility at home! Me and the wife decided that this Subway was too hostile feeling. Not only the atmosphere, but the workers were rude as heck. We will never return to this Subway. Period. Worst experience ever in a restaurant and I'm not even joking. We walked out with empty stomachs it was so bad. -1/10, avoid this Subway like the plague! We will be in contact with corporate about this horrible experience.

The first and last time I made an order here was right before the pandemic. It wasn't the pandemic that kept me away. It was the exceptionally rude service. This past May I was in the neighborhood and I thought I check the reviews to see maybe there would be a second chance to get something to eat thinking maybe management or employees have changed. But then I came across these reviews and saw nothing positive. I decided to trust the bad reviews and drove on.

Manager is a prick. Imagine refusing people extra olives bc it goes against your formula tell your boss to fund you better instead of taking out their greed on me. Lame asf save your trouble and money and go to a different subway

If you're looking for a fight and not a sandwich, this is the place to go. Heaven forbid you order a footlong and ask for a fresh loaf. I'm getting both halves! Is this store afraid of money? I thought they were way better than the store on Airline. I guess it just depends on who's working and if she's in a good mood. Going to Domino's instead.
