This location sucks! They couldn't even put a sign up to let customers know that the drive through was closed and then they give you attitude when you're waiting at the drive through window....just garbage
A friend and I have gone to Subway for our lunch break and used the app to order beforehand. We received an attitude when informing workers that we placed the order online. They also toasted my sandwich twice when I said no to toasting. We enjoy eating Subway, but the service has been a let down.

Waited in drive through for 10 and no answer. I guess drive through isn’t subway worthy in downtown Corpus Christi. I get down and ask if drive through is down again, the lady responds with I don’t even know where the head set is but you can go on line and make a complaint. What happened to ppl taking pride in their work but quick to tell you if you don’t like how I run someone’s franchise go complain online. Instead of hey, let’s make this right, let’s just give a sore face and send you on your way with a bad review. The review reflects on the business, not the individual.

Was there at 3:00 pm. No tea (sweet or unsweetened). Staff did seem to care. Said they only make tea once a day. I’ll never return to this subway and it’ll be along time before I return to any subway.

Worst customer service I’ve experienced in a Subway. I have picked up takeout from hundreds of Subway restaurants over the past three decades. Each time I’ve gone to this SUBWAY® in the past few months, the customer service has been lacking. When the restaurant is empty, the staff act as if a customer coming through the door is a bother. Poor or no communication. Bad boy language and facial expressions. Slow to come to the counter. Often they are not behind the counter—in back or sitting at a table apparently on a perpetual break. No greeting or acknowledgments until I call out for service on two separate visits. No thank you. This is not a one time thing, either.

If I buy an over priced Gatorade I should be able to get a Togo cup for ice and not have to pay full price for another drink
We hit this location with a very large catering order and their team took it with ease. The manager is young, but extremely professional and you can tell he runs the place with pride.The outside is not the nicest subway, it makes you not want to go in. However, the interior was by far one of the nicer Subways I’ve been to in a long time. Not only was it pretty, but it was clean.This location is doing it right, keep up the good work.

I ordered from this place & they said that DoorDash delivered my order, but when I called DoorDash, they said that there was no record of my order. They refuse to refund me my money! THEY ARE CROOKS! Don't order from here. They steal your money.
