i hate it here. staff blatantly ignores you and are so zoned out that it takes 15 minutes to finish a sandwich. when i worked at subway it took me 5 minutes. then they lied about not having any bread, most meats and most veggies because of the up coming winter break but when i went back the next day they had it all again. i don’t understand why it is so difficult to get a quick sandwich how i always get it from other places. the veggies and cheeses btw should be kept in the cooler not the back counter.

For some reason the meat and veggie options are in one section rather than spread across the two available sections causing severe crowding in line and behind the counter. The utensils are never cleaned in between uses, resulting in leftover chicken bits and mayo getting put into my sandwich. At checkout sandwiches are not being properly wrapped, which I didn’t realize until I opened my bag to find the contents of my sandwich sitting in a wet pile at the bottom. Needless to say this dinner break between classes was a waste of 25 minutes of my life and $12.75 from my wallet.

Ok so idk if they got bought out and replaced ALL of the staff but when I went today not only did they not have any bread other than wheat but they didn't have any lids for the cups. They made my sandwich terribly, I like lots of veggies in one of my sandwiches for my friend and they lined them all up on the center of the sandwich and didn't bother to tuck the toppings in as they folded it so it got all squashed out and gross.. None of them seemed to know how to work the cash register either and I was really tempted to tell them how to do it... Only one or two of them knew how to speak English so it was awkward dealing with a language barrier and lack of experience. NOT happy with this experience.

This subway location does very poorly concerning customer accommodation and ettiquette. It was difficult to order add-ons on my sandwich, the employees felt stand-offish, and my table was being cleaned as I was sitting at it. All in all a uncomfortable experience.
Some workers would immediately get mad and rude when I ask them politely to change their gloves to make my sandwich. I don’t eat bacon, and that’s my choice because of religious aspects. You might have touched that, and I don’t want the leftover food to be in my sandwich. Learn how to respect other people choices when you’re asked to.

When I order a salad, I expect to get more lettuce than topping. The reason I get a salad is for the greens. I ask for more and they barely put anymore spinach on it. If I'm paying for a $7 salad, I want my lettuce.
