I would not recommend this location. Just bought 2 footlongs, the bread was so hard on both of them. We had to just eat the inside. You could give someone a bump if you hit them on the head with the bread. The roast beef sandwich only had 2 thin pieces of meat. Don't eat hear

Horrible customer service. Placed order online and once I reached, they said that they are out of bread and only have flat bread. Ok , No problem but atleast give me a call so I can take a decision. The attitude when I said its ok, was like I am feeling lazy cant you cancel. With it being 9pm and hungry kids it was a bad experience. Not coming back.

Every time I go to this location they take FOREVER, y’all need to hire people that can move faster, I’m writing this after waiting over 30 minutes in the drive thru there was only 1 car ahead of me. Only 2 people inside when I placed my order

Honestly, worst subway in Corpus Christi. Nothing like sitting in the drive thru for over 35 minutes for 2 sandwiches (1 was made wrong), 2 drinks (had to ask for me second one as the guy just stood there staring at me waiting for me to leave) and 2 bags of chips. Fun fact, was so agitated about waiting that long that I didn’t even realize that I didn’t even get both bags of chips!! Everytime we come here there is an issue and as of today this is it. Even though this right around the corner from us, I’ll drive ANYWHERE else before coming back.

SubWay employees SHOULD NOT BE SWEATING! management needs to fix that air conditioning for the employees sake and for the customer, that was disgusting having to watch the workers nose sweat drip on my sub/ the food was NOT FRESH! all vegetables looked hot and not safe to eat!

I came there just now. The guy there didn’t say a word to me and waited for me to say something. Was upset that I was there to order. He made my sandwich I paid and then went home and it was the wrong sandwich. Went back and they remade it but Antonio put like 4 pickles and almost no mayo when I asked for mayo I had to say “hey man you can’t give me more that’s a footlong sandwich”

I came expecting a mundane meal as many others at subway have been, insert Alex, an absolute artisan. He carefully selected only the finest ingredients for me almost as if it was a passion. The supporting staff for the night must have been great, because the restaurant was clean and looked to be in working order, but again, the standout of the night was Alex, his craft, and the winning personality behind it.

Antonio Villanueva person incharge I just love him and his beautiful thoughtful spirit he has .
Not only that I ,witness Antonio caring heart of asking his employee was he alright as the employee was sweep taking care of the dinning area ,while training another employee training & still taking my order .
Just had to shout him out so whoever knows Antonio at this location ,please recognize him ...
I always come to this area to get my Subway sandwiches
They are a awesome crew .

If I could do -1 on service I would. Every time I go to this subway location the men working there don’t say a word and just wait for me to say something. The larger black man working today made my boyfriend’s sandwich and his stomach was practically on top of it and touched the ingredients. Watched another older man walk in and get a nice warm greeting and service. If I were the manager I’d seriously consider these reviews and use a few more brain cells when hiring people. WORST location in all of corpus.

Came here for lunch, let me just start with they never have everything in stock. Always out of sweet tea and breads. Also came for my 1 hr lunch in the drive thru. And as I’m typing this i been sitting here for 30 minutes. This place needs help.

All around its the quality of food and service youd expect from subway. Me and my fiance each got a footlong combo. FOURTY FREAKING DOLLARS. You cant serve your normal midass sandwiches and charge 40 dollars for 2 sandwiches

Literally the most unkind I have ever seen in the food industry. You should be ashamed of
Yourself subway!Yall have one team member working alone getting slammed with 6 cars with two hours to go still! Yall do have a sign saying to just use the drive thru. However y'all are overworking this guy! he deserves a raise you can see how stressed he but giving the best customer service he possibly can. I also want to say it is a safety issue leaving him alone. The manager should have showed up and helped him if someone called off or something. Give that man a raise 🗣️🗣️🗣️ and do better Subway for your employees
