The food was decent but the prices are absolutely outrageous. I got a foot long turkey sandwich w/ American cheese, toasted. Nothing special or crazy. Got the meal, lrg drink and an extra drink for a friend and the total was $25.41. Make it make sense. I would understand if I got two sandwiches with chips and a drink but it was one meal and an extra drink. I will not be going back to subway. You're sandwiches aren't that good Subway. Do better

Ordered sandwich online and went to pick it up in person, asked for it to be toasted, and have bacon on it. Bacon was completely raw, meal was not toasted whatsoever. When asking the employees if toasted the man at the counter said it wasn't him and was the younger woman. She said she didn't see it. When I pointed out it clearly says toasted in the order ticket she just rolled her eyes and said a sarcastic apology. And said she could toast it but the vegetables would be ruined. The sandwich by this point was ALREADY soggy, wet, and cold. And drowned in mayo.
I ended up coming home with said sandwich because I didn't trust the employees anymore to even toast it. No offer to remake it was ever made.

Waited in line for 30 mins. There was one employee on the line not sure if there someone else there, but it was busy and he was alone. Seem annoyed at doing his job wasn't friendly. Needs to work on his customer service skills. Overall the shop was is clean and well kept!

Racist is all i can think of when it comes to this or biased. An online order shouldn't take long if it was placed well in advance. I get sometimes orders get backed up but to be waiting patiently and yet they serve people at the counter in between and they still don't work on it is insane. Maybe the colour of your skin really does matter at this one in getting proper service. I advise going elsewhere.

I went to the one on leopard and upriver and a guy named Jacob served me he was very kind and polite and he made my sandwich absolutely perfect I enjoyed my meal so much not everyone makes it the way I like I have to tell them more pepper a whole bunch of times I told I want it to make you sneeze and he did it perfect!!! 0-5 stars I give this one a 10! Thankyou jacob!

The food is pretty good. It is definitely hit or miss on the hot foods. Sometimes, they are great, and sometimes, it is all dried out and nasty. I do enjoy the different foods on the menu. This is a go to on my lunch hour.
