I hadn’t been to this location in a while due to the last visit and it looks as things haven’t changed for the better. The facility was very dirty, the employees were rude, and the food wasn’t good. The food was not being covered. There was quite a bit of cross contamination with the cheeses and different meats. The dining area had food on the floor throughout the facility. If you’re in the mood for Subway I would definitely recommend another location.

I went there at 8:45 PM on Wednesday afternoon of February 20, 2025. I ordered a 12 inch Italian BMT on Italian herbs and cheese with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, salt, pepper, oil and vinegar. I got what I think is a 12 inch Italian BMT on white breadwith the vegetables I asked for and zesty Italian dressing of some sort. There was no other cars in line and it took probably 15 minutes to get the sandwich. I did not get a drink, sides, any other sandwiches and they couldn’t get it right.

Horrible customer service. Young girls working there were obviously not wanting to be there and verbally complained about the line in the drive-thru. They also used the same gloves to touch the toaster oven as they did to prepare sandwiches (I'm sure that not in the food handlers training). The bread selection was limited to 1 kind, veggies and meats were not stocked. I had to repeat my order several times and asked for my salad to be chopped and not just have the meat slices laid on top. I ask to use the restroom, which I was told was out of order. When I questioned how employees used the bathroom worker replied that they don't go. FYI- it is against the law in Texas for a restaurant not to have a functioning bathroom.

Special thanks to the two different Subways that refused to let me use their restrooms, Whataburger made me a salad five times better than anything I've eaten from Subway and they let me use their bathroom without a passcode.??

Quiet to have a quick bite., no wait time freshtasting turkey, just disappointed Subway no longer carries black olives to add in the turkey sandwich.

There's no issue with the food at Subway, but the service at this location is crappy. When I pulled up I could see the girl stop mopping and look at me and then look at her coworker as if she was was disappointed that someone pulled up. I get to the window and she takes my money and she's not even friendly at all no smile no nothing and when she gives me my change she's not even looking at me and most of it dropped on the ground outside the car because she's not paying attention. Finally got my sandwich and didn't even get a thank you. I hate this location because it's like the people there have crappy attitudes. So if you don't like your job you can at least pretend to be nice to the people that come through.

Very rude women at the drive thru made us wait then rushed us to order ruined my appetite didn’t even wanna eat after her making me feel so attacked for even pulling in. Didn’t even get napkins with my two meals never again will I return here feel like I wasted money and then for such inconsiderate workers to put their anger on others.
