Yall I am at a loss of words. I had an order delivered from this location for the first time tonight. I’ve never had a problem with our other location… but tonight this order arrived completely disgusting. It was obviously old by smell and look. My shrimp oozed with pressure, looking completely raw and mushy. My mussels were orange and ripping in half like rubber, with long tails stretching out of them. My Sausage was dry as if it had been out all day under a BLOW DRYER. I literally began gagging in such disgust. I work in customer service and understand things happen so I called and offered to DRIVE my self in(mind you I had ordered in to avoid this) and have them remake me a fresh one with emphasis on the FRESH. Yall…. 2nd time was completely ridiculous. It was EVEN WORSE. Manager was kind, she gave me free lemons for my trouble? but I just don’t understand how this could’ve been missed??? This wasn’t cheap. I’m so unhappy and disappointed with this location. DISGUSTED. Pics on fb smh

Ruined my 40th birthday. Ordered to go and due to size of king crab, they make your entire order smaller. $300 to feed 4 people. Thanks surfing crab! I have been a weekly supporter and will not be back.

2nd location in Corpus Christi that I have been to. WOW, AWESOME AS WELL! Food was fresh and hit. The service was great. The staff were friendly. We were sat in under 5 minutes and the atmosphere was legit.

The crab itself was pretty good—no complaints there—but the prices are riding a wave well above average. We ordered a boil with two sides of crawfish, thinking we’d get a nice haul. Instead, we paid about $20 for less than a pound. That’s not a seafood boil, that’s a seafood sample.
Worse, the crawfish looked like it had been through the Ice Age—freezer burned, black inside, and definitely not surfing anywhere but the deep freeze.
We mentioned it to the staff, and the response was basically a shrug and a “sorry.” Not exactly the customer service tide you hope to catch.
