I bought a five layer burrito and there was literally one spoon full of meat.The the sour cream and cheese was slightly put on. I ate a lot of tortilla. Very anorexic burrito. I expect more from the south side taco bell.

Ordered thru drive thru and I hate to come home with my hungry kids with missing items on our bag! They didn't put the nacho fries! It is waste of time and they dont even have a number to call them!

Worst customer service ever went by at 3am and their person at the window was literally screaming at me and told me she was gonna refuse me survive for no reason cuz. We went at 3am definitely would not recommend this store definitely go to the one on Saratoga instead

Did not receive cheese in box meal for nacho chips - not busy - no customers- how hard is it to get that right? I have never had a bad experience at Saratoga other than a long drive thru line- very disappointed at our first visit for $14.15!

Such a great, positive atmosphere. Food was great too! The one thing that really stood out is how MaryAnn (manager) is constantly giving her crew positive affirmation. We will definitely be coming back.
