I made the mistake of going to the Taco Bell on the corner of Kostoryz and south Staples for lunch. 1) The women's bathroom let's just said it could of past has an dirty disgusting outhouse. 2) The front counter was also disgusting and needing to be cleaned.. 3) The kitchen staff is rude and wasn't paying attention to the screen letting them know what the orders are. I stood at the front counter for 15 mins before the store manager on shift to walk back to the kitchen to see why it was taking so long to get my food out. He never apologized to me for my inconvenience. So, this Taco Bell would get a fail grade from me if I was a secret shopper.. Don't go there..

This location messes up my orders but it's closest to my house. This is the third time I've been jipped with my taco supremes. Skimpiest tacos ever. Thieves. They should be ashamed of themselves. You'll get ripped off at this location.
The staff was extremely hard working friendly and attentive. Bryan, Josh and Pam were so efficient kind and professional it is rare to find this service at Taco Bell. All of them deserve raises!!!

I had multiple orders to place and was told to use the kiosk. Because of the multiple orders and paying cash I told the cashier I'd prefer to order at the register. She made me feel that taking my order at the register was an inconvenience because she was also handling the drive thru. I left without ordering anything.
Order # 237... I visited this location to pick up a quick meal. I could hardly hear the female who took my order in the drive thru. Seems like the more I ordered the lower her voice got like if I was inconveniencing her. I ordered the new steak cheesy street chalupus box including taco supremes and a burrito. When I get home and open the box i immediately notice the street cheesy chalupas are smaller than I thought and that they look old and burnt. Sure enough looking at the cheesy street chalupus and they are beyond edible. The shells are so burnt that they are dried and look old. Seems like they might have been there for a while and instead of throwing them away decided to pass them on to a drive thru customer who is highly unlikely to drive all the way back for fressh food or a refund. Sadly I am not surprised as about 3 weeks ago I purchased the cantina chicken crispy tacos and the exact same thing. They were old and burnt. It seems that depending on what you order will depend if the food is old or not. I do understand it's fast food and that I shouldn't expect restaurant quality. But I do expect to have fresh food that doesn't look like it was there for hours then reheated to be given to an unsuspecting customer.

It takes entirely to long to be served at this location. This is supposed to be fast food it should not take 10 plus minutes to get served in the drive thru
So we walk in and go to the counter and immediately the manager Amanda directs us to use the kiosk. There were certain things I couldn’t request on there. No option to do so I ask for help. Diana came out and was nice and explained that they are trying to get people to use self service now. What about options that aren’t available. Call me crazy but I think if the customer requests a live person to take their order, they should be able to do so. If I am struggling, I can’t imagine the seniors trying to order. Thank you Diana for being kind and helping us get our order in correctly. Your customer service didn’t go unnoticed.
