This is by far the worst Taco Bell location I have ever been to. I had a mobile order in the drive-thru. They were so slow at taking orders and getting the line going that after 15 minutes I went inside. (There were only three cars in front of me) I waited another 10 minutes, neither management or staff members acknowledged my presence and carried on as if I wasn't standing there waiting for something. Because I only have a limited time for my lunch I ended up having to cancel my order and go back to work without any food. Thank you for that. 😡

Probably the worst Taco Bell in the city. Orders are always wrong, and even when they’re correct, the food is usually cold or half cooked. They are generally empty inside with 2 or so customers but despite this the place is always dirty inside. Its a convienant location for a lot of people, its too bad the employees here lack motivation to do their jobs.

Just went in with my pregnant wife and ordered a crunch-wrap supreme combo, a single crunch-wrap and an order of chips and cheese. Waited 30 minutes to get our food, went up to the counter about 17 minutes in to check on my order and the girl at the front counter had a bad attitude while asking for my name.She disappeared, and I continued to wait and watch them complete 3 or 4 more drive thru orders. Including 1 or 2 I saw them complete after bumping my flashing order from their expediting screen. We initially ordered our food to sit and eat in the restaurant but because of the wait we asked the employee who brought us our food to put it in a to-go bag. As he was bringing us our food in the to-go bag he murmured obscenities and something along the lines of “you’re gonna give me attitude” under his breath as he was walking over to us. When I finally got my order I was about 3/4 of the way through my crunch-wrap without any meat, and my crunchy taco was barely filled. My wife’s crunch-wrap was mostly sour-cream. This is by far the worst experience we’ve ever had at a Taco Bell ever and I’ve been a customer my whole life.

I just left ordered a #6 I’ve called n called n called no one answers there’s no one in the drive through my food was cold I asked for no cheese n all I got was a small amount of lettuce n a few pieces if meat Gave me my drink with no ice customer service is very un professional I’ve called numerous times & no one has answered to fix this sad it’s 926 I just left how can a manager alllow someone to make food like this n coldddddd at that
