So we walk in and go to the counter and immediately the manager Amanda directs us to use the kiosk. There were certain things I couldn’t request on there. No option to do so I ask for help. Diana came out and was nice and explained that they are trying to get people to use self service now. What about options that aren’t available. Call me crazy but I think if the customer requests a live person to take their order, they should be able to do so. If I am struggling, I can’t...

Girl was rude while deciding what to order. She was also rude while giving us our food. Closed the window without giving us a receipt and turned her back. Gurl was rude. Couldn't see her name to post it here. Her hair was died red.
