Gross burnt chicken nuggets what a joke. Looks nothing like what is advertised. False advertising at this location. Do not bother calling, it is either busy and hangs up or it rings and hangs up. Not impressed from a long standing brand. Save your money.

Management didn’t show any compassion considering they incorrectly prepared my food. Drove all the way home after going through drive thru and working a full day. Not to mention in 5p.m traffic hour. Very Rude. Like I was a bother. Sheesh $2 food and I’m the asshole because they got it wrong. No receipt was given out so I was left to try and prove I purchased from Taco Bell. Sheesh! I tried to order on app, but it kept saying oops. Then we went through the drive thru. What was on the board and online both said the same price. I ordered the soft taco supreme pack box. I was charged the regular soft taco pack price and almost $10.00 up charge for supreme. When it states $21. On the sign and app. The guy at the window argued and said he didn't know how it works. And would not fix it or ask for help. Then to get home and be disappointed on the tacos. They were tiny and with little to nothing in them.

I’ve always loved the chicken quesadilla and nachos fries, it’s not 100% on taste but that’s understandable plus it’s kind of fun to be honest.

We were south side Corpus near roddfield and Williams, and just picked up our middle daughter from cheer tryouts. It's her birthday so family tradition is whoever's birthday it is, gets to pick whatever meal they want from wherever they want on that day. She chimed up and wanted Taco Bell. While that's not the first pick that would come to mind for me, we took her. Saying all that to say, we drove from there to this Taco Bell as it is always clean, well run, never had any issues with staff or orders, and the customer service is always great! So if you are ever in the mood for some Taco Bell, this is the one I will always recommend!

Just popping up here to say that interior “upgrade” that Taco Bell did is a thing of horror. It’s most unwelcoming and uncomfortable. Heavy black iron furniture, some sort of plastic “wood” on the walls and benches, some 70’s ceiling panels…why would you all do this? It has nothing to do with Mexican food now. ugly. Food is usual Taco Bell food. Also the only way to order is through the touchscreen. Also super unwelcoming.

I stood at the counter for over 15 minutes waiting for service. I had 2 employees make eye contact and then as the drive thru man gave the Door Dash driver his order, he asked if I had been helped and promised to come back. He did not! They were not busy and I never got service. Yes, the kiosk is there, but you cannot order what I wanted on there. I left and am going to give my money to Subway instead...awful service and unacceptable.
