10/10/2025 12:20 AM the food again this week is horrible. Hopefully they get rid of the people skimping and making a mess out of your meal. I won't be coming to this one for a long time.

Went there almost close to 10 pm barely any cars in the parking lot or drive through they were absolutely not paying to attention they didn’t not give us the right order of fries nor the right sauce and by the time we got home the food was soggy I called up there to let them know about the fries and they went they swore they give us the right one and the lady that answered the phone was kinda rude ow do you mess up on a simple order when your not busy smh it’s always something

I ordered the spicy potato tacos and fiesta potatoes and they tasted like the potatoes were taken out of the trash or something, rotten or just old potatoes were used, highly disappointed. I just had some at another visit and they were really good, not sure if the service today was just careless or they just had this unservable batch, we spent too much money for the meal to be this unsatisfying, I spit most of it out and didn't get to eat much of it

Store needs attention to the dining area. Tables need cleaning, trash on floor, and sticky floor around the fountain drink area.

Had an order delivered last night and was wrong. Ordered a supreme luxe box with three burrito supremes w extra sour cream. I just got a regular luxe box instead of what I ordered. Two of the burrito supremes This store is severely undertrained as I have had multiples orders be made wrong. I'd like to get what I paid for. Done with this Taco Bell as they are reliably inconsistent. Even today when I got the remake the order was STILL wrong. Yeah got sour cream in the luxe box but gave me a totally dry crunchy taco and gave me the wrong chalupa. If you're reading this, your money is best spent somewhere else.

Went through the drive thru at 5:30 pm and Donovan had the BEST service and energy! I was so impressed by his personality and service in the 4 minutes that I was there that I had to look for his name on my receipt to leave a review. That kid needs a raise!
Abby is one of the best employees I've ever had the pleasure of being served by. Thank you for being so kind and courteous.

The meat was like mush and half of what you usually get and the price was ridiculous! It's been a while since I've stopped at a Taco Bell and I won't do that again!

Manager left backdoor open for a long period of time and alarm was going off. I couldnt even be inside because the alarm was so loud. Did this for about 15mins at a time. Felt bad for the employees. Definitely rude and didnt care that he had customers inside having to listen to the alarm.

Menu is stepped up and the Cantina Chicken is very good. Don’t go for the ‘caliente’ version though. It’s too over powering. I miss the tostada!!!
