I don’t think I’ve ever come here and left the drive thru at a decent time. The staff very obviously does not care about getting things done quickly. It’s a drive thru and I can’t even come here for lunch because my food takes 20 minutes sometimes 30 - and that’s when I’m the only one in line. Food is good but don’t come here if you’re looking for “Fast” food.

Love this restaurant! The food is always fresh and packed. The portions are amazing and affordable. Recommend the whole grilled chicken with sides.

FINALLY!!! Marinated, grilled chicken like we used to get at Pollo Loco in L.A. The sweet cole slaw & the tortilla chips are perfect. The whole pinto beans are hot/spicy, so not for everyone. The drive through was friendly, but slow in early afternoon. We got shorted on the tortillas and the sauce, so unable to review. Have been to Taco Palenque (same company?) but were disappointed. POLLO PALENQUE is different. Chocolate cake is very good. We'll be back to try other items. If I owned the company, I'd concentrate on the citrus-marinated fire grilled chicken. They could dominate this niche market like Pollo Loco does in California.

12/13/2024 went thru drive thru and they forgot 1/2 the order. I called the restaurant 7 x finally got thru and was on hold for 10 plus minutes. My issue was not resolved will never go back !!!

The food was delicious and authentic. The service was amazing. The manager Mrs. Ana was very welcoming, attentive and accommodating. From taking my order and having food brought to our table, server was very sweet. The ambiance was perfect for an evening out. Highly recommend, for anyone looking for great taste in food with the Mexican touch from the rice to the charro beans and let's not forget the options in salsas. They do have more to offer on the menu with plenty of options of sides. This is the place to go, it will not disappoint! 10/10!!

Delicious chicken 10/10!!! Everything seemed made very well. I had the #1, a 3 piece dark meat, with 2 sides, it also comes with two tortillas and chips and salsa. The corn on the cob was cooked perfectly and came with butter only (it could have used some seasonings) but still delicious. The mash potato’s you can tell weren’t from a box and seasoned with salt and pepper. The chips are home made 10/10. The salsa was weak with no heat I’m sure some will appreciate it. The food took awhile to come out but it was worth the wait. It was much hour so I can see issues occurring if it gets too busy. But good food should take some time.

Was picking up a delivery order and was told there would be a ten to fifteen minute wait for the namesake of the restaurant. How is there a wait for the only thing you sell? On a side note: this place use the Toast payment services which charge the customer extra, so yes, you pay the price of the meal plus a hidden charge which goes to Toast. Watch your wallets.

The need for a better drive thru system is URGENT! The handful of times I’ve been to this location. I get sent to a parking spot. To then find someone in my spot. Given no receipt, makes it hard to justify what I’ve purchased. I’ll be hesitant on returning.

Worst chicken burrito I have ever had. Beans were cold. Chicken was not seasoned, and they did not put salsa on the burrito or on the side. Very bland and tasteless.

I’ve been here twice to order my food but no changes when it comes to customer service. The food was good but when it comes to customer service it is very poor. All of the crew did not show a speed of urgency eventhough they know that it’s busy. The cashier shows bad look and not polite to customer

Got the chicken tenders. Pretty good! Came with this kinda spicy sauce. Service was excellent.
