They close pretty early for dine in because they cater to downtown clientele. Even though my group of friends came very late the nice woman let us in to order! She is terrific!

I've been going there years and I've always had great food and service. Just went today. It was very busy, however, they still got it out fast. The lo mein is my favorite!

Tai Pai Cafe is inside of a larger space that serves as a catch all for the restaurants in the location. Atmosphere wise, it's not that great. Don't for a date.I waited about 45 minutes for my food. I ordered beef with green beans, then they tell me they don't have enough green beans, which I was fine with, it happens. But the beef was so overcooked. The rice wasn't even fried properly, but it was ok. The egg rolls were awesome though. The lo mein was good, but it was a tad overcooked as well.Overall it was good. I honestly wouldn't go again during lunch though.

It is a food court type of restaurant area, there are a few different restaurants there. Everything was made fresh to order and you get a very huge amount to include wonton chips egg drop soup and an egg roll. Food was very good. Plenty seating.

The food was above average..the service was a Lil slow ..I did forget my wallet in that lil shopping center ?..a costumer found it and gave it to the ladies up front..so the atmosphere should be a 6 star

I love there food, I like that they have a restroom there, I like that they allow my service dog in, the workers are polite, and I like that they have lots of seating. Sometimes when they are busy it takes a little while to get my food but it's worth it. I don't like that they rarely have any fried rice I always end up with steamed rice

I couldn't tell you how the food tastes I had to take it to go and won't be eating it for dinner. Do not waste your lunch hour at this place. We got here at 12 and it is now 1:05 and I still haven't received my order.

We love Tai Pai Cafe! We always get their sesame chicken with steamed rice, and it doesn't disappoint.

Total hidden gem, food-wise. The food here looks beautiful, tastes good, and portions are huge. The only bad is the building is a bit smokey from cooking, and since it's a big mixed seating area, tables are often sticky, and the self-service area by the hot oil is usually oily, because people are just messy.Parking: It's a pain downtown. We usually just walk to it, but we're located close.

Massive portions of good food. Service is always great. Wish they had their own restaurant but it is definitely worth dealing with the commotion.

Ordered my husband food at 11:10 thinking I would have plenty of time to get it home to him before his lunch break ends at 12:30.. well it is now 12:00 and I still have not received his order. I even left and came back and still nothing. They are under staffed to be such a high volume lunch restaurant.

The food is amazing and always fresh. The employees are very kind. I also love that you can order take out until 5:30PM, which works great with my work schedule. I just don’t have the time to do dine-in most of the time. I’ve tried three other Chinese food restaurants and they were either overpriced or not tasty. I highly recommend this restaurant.
