It’s all about the food. No fine wine or dine, very authentic Mexican food. Had been craving the buche, but a place well known to me. While not healthy likely it’s really good. The tripas look crunchy but we’re not. They were exactly in the manner I ask them to be! All the hot sauces are fresh, great and plenty of fresh cucumbers, radishes and all normal condiments.
