We stopped by the last week of July and strictly ordered boba. Service was incredibly slow, and others that ordered after us received their drinks before us. We waited 30 minutes for 4 drinks. They were not busy at all. My drink was wrong, and when I brought it to their attention, I received an eyeroll and was asked, "well what's wrong with it?" They then proceeded to strain my drink and removed the unwanted jelly from my drink and then dumped it out, put tapioca in my cup, and repoured my drink. The tapioca was unflavored, the tea was riddled with leftover jelly, and the experience was overall awful. We will never return.

Best boba in town! The taro milk tea is my favorite. The employees are always very kind. Everytime I’m feeling a little down I stop by this spot for a boba tea and my day is always much better after. Just a great place overall!

Drinks taste HORRIBLE now. The milk teas taste so bland and old. The boba doesn’t taste like it’s been properly cooked, or maybe it’s just old too. Not sure if they switched to a cheaper brand but I’m begging that yall switch back. The drinks used to taste so good. Came here a few times and I’ve noticed a few new faces. Not sure if the new hires know what they’re doing. Drinks have tasted awful since then.

The store is run down and looks abandoned but the service and drinks are good.
I really like the drinks at this place. We always go with our kids, and they love the place, too.
Casual atmosphere, nice staff, but there was no warning for the use of peanuts in the fried gyoza/dumplings and my friend is allergic :(
