plates are dirty napkins we're dirty they sat someone down before us they need better customer service

Absolutely terrible service. So terrible that It compelled me to write a review which I never do. Server had to be hunted down by other staff members because she never returned after taking our food order. I had to get up 3 times to get napkins, condiments, and a to go box because she never came to check on our table. I was also overcharged because she entered items wrong. I let it go and just paid because I knew it would take forever to correct it. Absolutely terrible

Very bad service we put ourselves um mine, we get there and they told us to stand on number 5, we waited there for about 30 minutes customers just keep coming in, went to the world, and the cashier told her she said they're going to be calling you. We waited another 30 minutes a manager passed by, and I told her she said they'll be getting with you. She never came back to see we were standing there. Then what happens, I go back over there to the cashier, that's they're helping the people that come in, and she tells me She forgot to put us in what kind of service is that
Why the hell do we have the music up so loud doesn't make any sense

Wonderful food, great service. Ribs were perfect, fell off the bone. The salad was crunchy. Pork Chop was wonderful. Love our Texas Roadhouse Experience Everytime. Good work, CCTX

Unwrapped my silverware and the knife had crusty dried food on both sides. Not just a small spot, chunks! The rolls came out and the first bite in to mine was a nasty long black hair baked right into the roll!!!! Asked for a manager. When she finallycame over to the table, (it was very busy) she looked at and just said hmm that's not good and she did apologize but then walked away. Our steaks were cooked as ordered but we're so over seasoned they tasted like a salt lick. This is even after I ordered mine with no seasoning.
My husband's fries were to salty to eat. He had to wipe the salt off each one. Our server seemed nice but did not check back to refill drinks or ask us about our food. We paid at the table and left. We did not ask for a discount but feel that one should have been offered.
