Me and my husband haven’t had lunch in forever. My salad tasted off but I’m not one to return food. His soup looked like it was leftovers from the night before. I guess it will be a while before we get to do another lunch date and definitely not going for lunch again. Dinners are always best.

My family and I went to TGIF for my sister’s graduation celebration, though it’s a bit late to share our experience. Honestly, it was one of the worst dining experiences ever. The wait was too long, and a bigger group seated after us got their food first. When we complained, we were told our order was never placed. Even after finding out our order was botched, the service remained lackluster, and it was evident they didn’t care. This was further confirmed when I reported the incident in detail, only to receive a call asking me to repeat myself, culminating in a laughable $5 gift card as compensation. Needless to say, after that offer, I have no intention of setting foot in TGIF again

Went on Thanksgiving with family friends for dinner. Our server Kylie I think was her name was extremely good, attentive and extremely nice. Food was the standard it's okay for chain restaurants.

Decide to stop in cause we were hungry and saw they weren't busy at all, like nobody in the parking lot. So assuming we could get some appetizers quick and easy.Nobody was in the restaurant and all we order was a 2 combo appetizers with side order of pot stickers with a kids chicken fingers and fries.40mins for the Kids chicken fingers and fries which chicken was over cooked in grease45mins for POT Stickers50 mins for combo appetizers that all the chicken was burnt.Waitress was very kind and concerned but with nobody in there when we ordered and burnt appetizers almost an hour later. Just to force us to wait another 20mins instead of comping the bill for new boneless chicken wings.Clean restaurantNice waitressesFood is horribleCooks have no sense of presentation and awareness of the food they put out. They just expect you to eat whatever they cookedAnd manager only gives an attitude to her customers

Restaurant was empty, but when we came in the servers only wanted customers to sit in one are. The area happens to be right where the A/C units leak. Table had silverware placed down but you could see most tables weren't wiped down. I get you shouldn't expect anything from a Friday's restaurant but everything tasted old and just microwaved.

The day we went only about 3 other couples in Restaurant took 15 minutes for server to come to table just to say I'll get menus Dropped menus off and didn't take drink order after about another 10 to 15 minutes came and got drink order then 10 minutes to come get order. Order took 25 to 30 minutes. We have been here before and Service has never been the strong suite of this location.

We started out being seated at a table that had crumbs on it and in the seats from a previous customer. I pointed this out to the Hostess. We were being seated right next to her station, but instead of reaching for the cleaning solutions and paper towels that were clearly visible, she proceeded to brush the crumbs off my chair with her ✋, and wipe them on her clothes. I walked over to another table to get a napkins with silverware and used it to wipe off the table myself. After our meal arrived, before dining we needed a few additional items. The hostess was in range, but we chose to wait until we saw anybody else in the restaurant to request help from instead of this woman. Had I been alone, I would have turned around and walked out. smh, I wouldn't want her representing my businesses!
my food was cold and burnt and there was a bug in my drink some of my food was also undercooked as well I wouldn't recommend coming back here again unless you wanna get sick and some of the staff was kinda Rude

Fridays is always a pleasant experience. I come here often to knock out some office work and have some lunch. The staff is always so friendly. The managers Sam/Angie are always helpful and friendly, and Alyssa is always on point with drinks and service. Will definitely keep coming back.

Seriously the WORST restaurant ever!!!! The place was completely empty and I LITERALLY waited a whole freaking HOUR for one of their “big af” burger (which was the same size as a regular burger), the chicken parmesan pasta had no flavor at all, and to top it all off our waiter had the worst customer service skill. PLEASE take my advice and go somewhere else.
$7.23 for a little soup.Update: Now, I understand why they give so little. With an extra thick layer of cheese on top, it's completely inedible.Cold, dry, old sliders not prepared correctly. Save your money and skip this place.

We had eaten here a few years ago, and it was disappointing. We ate here Sept. 2023 and really enjoyed it. My wife got the fish and I got the half order of ribs. We got a salad as one of our sides, and it was excellent. Another plus, the Miller Lites were only two bucks! The waitress was especially sweet and took care of any requests we had.

The Miller lite was only two bucks! We had excellent service from a sweet waitress, plus the food was great. Even the salad was excellent!

Probably some of the worst service I can remember in recent memory. Sat at a table for almost 10 minutes before we got water or silverware. The whiskey-glazed chicken almost made up for the slow service.
