Waited 10 minutes for utensils. I had asked three different people. Finally, somebody brought us some after our food was cold. Then management asked me how everything was and I told him we didn't have utensils. He didn't seem to care

The food was delicious, fair pricing, the staff was wonderfully attentive and the entire restaurant was very clean! We'll be back!

Ordered wings and fries to go. I picked up my order seconds after they called that it was ready and drove 5 minutes home to find that they gave me old fries. Chewy, cold, stale fries. Disappointed because everything is usually fresh.

Food is very tasty, unfortunately the service is lousy. No one came to sit us, so we sat ourselves. The waitress never came back to the table to see if we needed something. We would have to go get her. It wasn't even busy. They were in the corner talking.

Was told this place was great. We learned it was not. I should have known when the door handle was broken. We still gave it a chance. Servers were great. It was the food. I spent 90 dollars on four people who didn't like the food and didn't eat it. We didn't even take to go boxes. So disappointed. I don't recommend at all. Your better off at Chili's or Brewster's. So sad because it was a bday dinner.

Wow. This place is really good from the wait staff to the food and drinks.. They are busy but no worries you'll get taken care quickly, we enjoyed it.

We visited BWB on St. Patrick’s Day to celebrate my parents’ wedding anniversary, and unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish.
One of the biggest concerns was cleanliness and food safety. My niece was drinking water from a Styrofoam kids cup and discovered a dead bug at the bottom. We informed our server, who apologized and replaced the cup, but there was no further acknowledgment from management.
Shortly after, when her meal arrived, she opened her sliders and found a plastic tab inside the burger (the kind used to secure packaging). At that point, we asked to speak with a manager. The response was minimal — just an apology and a remake of the burger. No one followed up afterward to check on us or ensure the issue was resolved, which was frustrating given the seriousness of the situation.
To make matters worse, the appetizer queso we ordered came out well after our entrees and was not enjoyable. It had brisket but tasted overwhelmingly like sweet BBQ sauce. The burgers themselves were very plain and not what we expected based on the restaurant’s reputation.
We also noticed the restrooms were not well maintained. Both soap dispensers were broken, and one was sitting open on the counter, which raised additional hygiene concerns.
At the end of the meal, we were still charged for the affected meal, and when we asked for it to be removed, the server seemed visibly upset.
Overall, the lack of attention to cleanliness, food safety, and customer care — especially after multiple issues — was very disappointing. No one seemed concerned about making things right.
We don’t typically leave negative reviews, but this experience was concerning enough that others should be aware. If you’re looking for a place with safe food and attentive service, this was not it.
