Had an amazing experience at the BWB! Mikael was an awesome server— The wings were perfectly crispy and dripping in sauce! The mac and cheese was creamy and flavorful, the grilled veggies were cooked just right & The side salad was perfect! I left full and happy:)

We waited FOREVER for our food for half of it to not even be room temperature. The waitress asked like it was no big deal and we were inconveniencing her when we said something

We are completely disappointed in our experience. We stood in the foyer about 5 minutes before catching someone’s eye who then came over and asked if we had been helped yet. There was only about 3 other tables and we were sat in in the far back corner. We sat for 10 minutes without a single employee acknowledging us.

Went in to try out their wings, as a customer recommended it, but a different location. I went in, and was not impressed with the layout (kinda mimics outback steakhouse). Could tell by the other customers there, that this is not the place for us. City/county workers all in brand new uniforms/clothes. Shiny lifted trucks outside without a spec of dirt on any of them. Even heard one guy bragging about how he only worked 4 hours this week, but his ticket is gonna be for 62 hours. Just reminds me of the wasteful job positions out there, and the mentality this establishment brings in. Im sorry, but I worked all my life, and I got dirty and a body thats breaking down due to it. Anyway, besides that, it was average service. Drinks were bad, n food was mediocre. Not impressed and definitely NOT my kind of crowd, but at least I gave it a try

Extremely disappointed. It’s my daughter and my birthday! My husband worked 12 hours today, and wanted to treat us to wings after a long day. We called to order them and the girl who took our order got it wrong. I asked for Nashville hot, and she kept saying extra hot? And I told her no at least 4 times I corrected her and said Nashville hot. I could tell she was new and didn’t know how to use the system! But I could also tell she was extremely distracted. My husband went to get the wings and when he got home we saw it was wrong. So I called and tell them the situation. I asked them to have them ready because we were on our way to get them, and when he got there they barely put the order in. From the time I originally ordered the wings to the times husband was finally home was almost 2 hours! We didn’t get to enjoy all our food together hot. And now it’s time for my husband to go to bed for his long shift tomorrow. Barely got to spend any time together because we were dealing with this. I’m extremely let down by this experience and I wish something had been done to rectify this situation.

Asked the greeter what the drinks specials were she then asked a few times where would we like to sit, adviced her as close to the drink menu as possible and then was asked booth or table, still mentioned by the bar would be nice seats...she then took us to the furtherest away corner booth by the kitchen and restrooms...then asked waitress could we move closer to the TV and a drink area, the waitress commented sure sit where you want it's ONLY a table! So since a Bev and an appetizer was not on the menu for lunch this lovely Monday we took our business elsewhere...good luck!
