Restaurant is so loud you cant talk to the person your with and to top it off, the entree I got was terrible and My cheesecake was frozen solid although it tasted good. What a let down. Service was good.

The Shrimp Scampi dish was absolutely divine! The shrimp was perfectly cooked, and the flavors were outstanding. However, if you're not a fan of garlic, be aware that it's quite prominent in this dish. Nevertheless, it was incredibly delicious. The ambiance was also exceptional - very romantic and intimate, with soft background music that allowed for easy conversation. The Chicken Madeira, asparagus, mashed potatoes, and chicken were all expertly prepared and full of flavor.I didn’t care for the lemon meringue cheesecake, but my spouse said that reminded him of his mom's famous lemon meringue pie - a sweet and tangy delight that brought back fond memories. Overall, a fantastic dining experience!

The only complaint I have is that some of the meals are portioned with to little of chicken. My wife ordered a tortilla chip chicken salad. I think that's what it was. She had a really hard time finding chicken in her salad. We asked the waiter about it. He said the kitchen told him it's a portioned amount.?♂️

Our server Tae was awesome. It was our first time at this location. He pointed out some of the popular dishes & his favorites. When it was time for dessert he suggested several options. We were surprised by the prices. But overall it was a great experience & great food.
Food was great, although a little pricey. We also had a moscow mule and georgia peach...great drinks, but again...kinda pricey.

this was my first time trying this place and i absolutely loved it. wasn’t a fan of the bread , it was hard. but the service was great. tae was our sever and he was so helpful he recommended our dishes based off what we wanted and it was so good and he even gave us a rundown of all the cheesecake and deserts available. definitely recommend him

We love the Cheesecake Factory in other cities, but this one seems to have missed the mark. It started out well when it first opened, but that quality of the food has diminished. This is our fourth time eating here, and we won't be back anytime soon. The quality just seems to be getting worse each time.The four cheese pasta was just pasta. Nothing stood out as far as taste, and the chicken in it lacked flavor. It was not worth the $27 for the small plate that was bland. The chicken parmesan pizza style was well cooked and looked nice, but it also lacked flavor. The cheesecakes did not seem like high quality Cheesecake like we are used to from here. The mixed drinks were not consistent. The Paloma was overly strong with alcohol but still tasted ok. The other drink tasted like a virgin drink and did not have any alcohol taste.Their prices are extremely high for the quality of the food. The food choices are great, but the quality of the food being made is not worth the price. We don't mind paying the prices if the food and drinks are worth it. But they were definitely not here.The atmosphere is not very pleasing as it feels claustrophobic in there and loud. We had to talk louder to hear each other at a four person table. The spaces are close together and tight. It is not very comfortable to sit and eat.I will say that the staff was mixed. The front desk hostess seemed rude and was short with everyone who went up. Maybe they were having a bad day. The wait staff were excellent. They were all very attentive and polite. Their service was top-notch. I have nothing but praise for them. The cooks, on the other hand, were either new or just stopped caring.We wish it would have been better. I guess we will have to eat at Cheesecake Factory in another city.Their portions are good, but the quality is just lacking. The portions of cheesecake were huge in the beginning. Now, they are small and not worth the $10 piece.
