Love coming to play pool at Rich's the whole staff is great and treats us like family. Mary is great and very welcoming.

Awesome place to have drinks and enjoy a game on their many tv's. They have one of the best bartenders in the business in Mary and all the other bartenders have been awesome too. They are friendly and always make you feel welcomed. I started going a couple months ago and I really enjoy my time there.

I had an amazing experience thanks to Nadia! From the moment I sat down at the bar, she made me feel welcome with her friendly attitude and genuine smile. What stood out most was her attention to detail and how she made sure everyone at the bar felt taken care of, even when it got busy. She remembered my drink order from the first round and even suggested a new cocktail based on what I liked — and it was spot on!

Always has been good service til they did a shift change and a tall waitress took our drinks without asking if we were done then seemed rude when I asked for our drinks back that we weren't done.

Very nice staff, Mary is great behind the bar with service and drinks and is a fun environment

Mary was a great bartender, fast service with a great smile. She was making drinks for the waitresses and guest that would walk up to the bar. Defiantly going back.

Jess is hands down one of the best bartenders I’ve ever met. She’s friendly, fast, and always remembers exactly what you like to drink. The energy she brings behind the bar makes everyone feel welcome, whether you’re a regular or just stopping by for the first time. You can tell she actually cares about giving people a great experience. If you see Jess behind the bar, you’re in for a good night. Been coming here for a long time, very friendly and accommodating environment.

NADIA is my absolute favorite❤️💙 I’ve always loved Rich’s but she definitely makes the experience 10x better.
