So much to chose from. We had the steak and eggs, pancakes, chicken fried steak and eggs, a chef salad and broccoli cheddar soup. The soup was the best I have ever tasted. No complaints on any of the food... everything was cooked perfect and the service is always great.

Had good service and the atmosphere is very homey. Gave 3 stars for food because I was not a huge fan of the pancakes. They were a bit dry and rough to cut through. Had to put a lot of syrup. My eggs were not very presentable either. Saw another plate with eggs at another table and their eggs looked way better and fluffier than mine. Was also not a fan of the butter they have at the tables. Just tasted like vegetable oil. Maybe I should have checked if they had regular butter or the small packets of butter. My husband was hoping they had some sort of strawberry syrup/sauce topping for the pancakes but we just got a small cup of a few whole strawberries that cost 5$.

I've been going to this place for many, many years. This past last month, I've been going for breakfast in the morning. Unfortunately, the last 2 times my hash Browns were Terrible. Burnt, dry and cold.
While I was eating mine the last time a waitress came up and complained to the cook and they gave her a fresh one. So this is just information. If you go there, be careful with your hash Browns. And if you don't like them complain , they'll give you another one.
I did not complain.I ate around them.

Just had an amazing breakfast at this restaurant. Atmosphere reminds me of a down home cafe and the staff is great. Ask for Rachel when you go.

This place was recommended but it was very disappointing. Cold coffee, the wrong orders, cold food. The waitress seemed to care very little about service. The furniture was ripped and damaged. The portions were small and the presentation of the dishes was underwhelming. Maybe it was an off day? Asked for cherry pie warmed and the other with ice cream, order was wrong. When I asked to get hot coffee, the waitress seemed annoyed and sighed. Hard to find because the name of the restaurant is Town and Country Cafe but the sign says T & C Restaurant. Obviously you can figure it out but deceptive. It’s located in a strip mall. Plenty of parking. Old tired atmosphere.

Town & Country Café in Corpus Christi is a cozy, old-school diner serving Southern comfort with a slice of Tex-Mex. The service is warm and friendly, and the food hits the spot, I tried the Mex Mijas plate and eggs cooked your way with hashbrowns 👌. The kind of place where locals linger over coffee, and everyone seems to know each other.

I ordered the two eggs with hashbrowns, sausage, and sourdough toast, everything was absolutely AMAZING! We also got pancakes to share, and they were fluffy and delicious. Our waitress was fantastic, super sweet and attentive, always making sure we had everything we needed. Definitely will be back!
