I loved this place up in Dallas but sadly, this franchise owner doesn't have a clue. I ordered online for a 12:11 pickup. When I got there, there was absolutely not one person in the place to eat...at lunch time. That's a sad state of affairs. The person behind the counter was sloppy at best. Got the wrap and came home. The tortilla was hard, like it had been set out for a day or 2. And, there was hardly anything inside the wrap. So unfortunate because I know what good looks like for the franchise. Just not at this one.

My daughter and I couldn’t decide where to eat so when we google we found this place and decided to give it a try. When we got here there was one car in the drive thru and no one was inside. We waited a few minutes and Marisa that girl works really hard she was going back and forth from cashier to the drive through. She was the only one “working” the boy was making smoothies but most of the time he was on his phone. We didn’t read the review because we didn’t wanna judge and so we decided to try for ourselves but when my husband came a few minutes later we were waiting for his food and he had waited at least waited twenty four minutes to get his food. That’s sad knowing only ONE girl is actually working her best and I give all credits to Marisa. Working with people who just sit on their phone is hard. Overall I give this place a 5/10. We did have to wait a while for our smoothies, by the time we got our smoothies we were almost done with our food.

I am shocked by the poor customer service here. Long wait in the drive-thru for 4 smoothies when I was the only one in line and no one inside either. 4 employees only 1 working and 3 talking in the back, one of which was wearing her Taco Bell uniform. From the drive- thru window, you can see just messy work area and employees on their cell phones while "working" and employee food/drinks being consumed from Taco Bell while making other orders. This place really needs a new manager to come get this place in shape! It's a sad shame! Also, there was no receipt given or an apology for the wait 🙄

I LOVE tropical smoothie but the drive thru at this location is ridiculous. I feel like i have to add that the employee working the intercom today could definitely have been nicer. I ordered a smoothie and almost immediately asked to change it and he said it was “too late since i already put it in” mind you i was still in line and it hadn’t even been more than 20 seconds after i initially ordered. Then i proceed to wait over 30 minutes for ONE smoothie!!! Im not one to write bad reviews, but this happens every single time i come here. I feel like they could tell people to pull forward if they have a large order? Or something else to accommodate people with smaller orders. Could definitely use some improvements

This location needs to hire more people. 2 people working a peak lunch hour is horrid. Placed an online order and it took over 30 mins for me to receive it.

Was served an inedible block of ice.
I guess their smoothie bowls are frozen and thawed out each day to be served instead of made fresh. They might taste fine this way, I have no idea since I couldn't eat mine. They must have forgotten to thaw them out that morning, but instead of saying the bowls weren't available, they served us one frozen completely solid. A spoon couldn't cut through it.
I had to eat the toppings to reach the smoothie and realize there was an issue. Because I ate some of the granola, they said I couldn't exchange it or have any kind of refund. All i could do is roll the dice and pay a seccind time, hoping the next meal is edible. I did not. I threw away my food and left since there was no other option.
I understand that food places have problems sometimes, and usually wouldn't leave a bad review. This is different because nothing was done to fix the problem. It seems the cafe is run by high schoolers, with no manager in sight. The kids don't have the authority to give a refund or replacement, so if there's not an adult, any issues that occur are at the customers' expense.
Will not be returning, and I recommend you don't visit
There are two smoothies and two bowls we enjoy from here. Other than that, it’s not really worth coming here. It’s always dirty, the employees are so lazy that it is SO hard to get service. The manager has seen her employees herself greet me when I walk in then everyone goes about on about what they are doing, while I’m waiting to order (only one in line) then once they realize 5 minutes later no one has helped me then someone will finally say something. I also went through the drive thru at 9pm and was told their food line was closed although the store doesn’t close until 11pm. I hope corporate comes to help ASAP and hires a new manager, it sucks we can’t have anything new/nice in Corpus.

I love their smoothies they taste clean and healthy just perfect. Not too sweet like other places that sells smoothies.
Dietary restrictions: I’m diabetic and this smoothies don’t raise my blood sugar other places I’ve tried their smoothies sky rockets my blood sugar. 🌸

They never have all the ingredients for most of their food items, and the time it takes in the drive through is crazy long even if your the only one in line

Bad place for an online order, especially if only one person is working, and they get overwhelmed and have a breakdown and close the store without getting your online order. Still haven't received my refund.
Update: It has been over 10 business days and still no refund. I went to the business and spoke to the GM who just blew me off to someone else and said that they would contact me. No one has contacted me and it's been over week. I don't understand why it is taking so long to get a refund or they could have just made my order that I never received when I spoke to the GM. I have made a complaint to the BBB, hopefully they can help me out.
I’ve visited with my family twice already. The first time we visited we had high hopes to try a few staple items. We were disappointed in that a couple of things we wanted to try weren’t available. We drove 30 mins out on a Friday at 7pm, and the restaurant closes at 10pm. I don’t understand how several “staple” items are sold out so early in the evening on the first day of the weekend?
The customer service wasn’t knowledgeable of much on the restaurant and did nothing to try to make our visit less unpleasant.
Besides that, everything else we purchased was great.
Second visit with my family again wasn't a pleasant one either. Visit was at approximately 7:30pm, This time, I wanted to use my coupon for a free smoothie that I received on my first visit, but for whatever reason it didn’t pop up when the cashier scanned my app code. The cashier lady just kept answering “I don’t know”, to my questions about the coupon and “that would be a question for the manager”.
I replied if she could go ask her now please, and all she did was smile and say “I don’t know” and chuckled.
I left it like that and still placed our order. I was very thorough with my order to avoid mistakes but she still managed to not get my order right. It was simple, i asked for a side of honey for my oatmeal/chia bowl.
When I got up to ask for my side, she said it was already added on top of it. And I said I wanted on the side, and she just walked away to the back while I waited.
Another young lady brought me the side of honey.
As time passed and we were still sitting enjoying our order, the cashier lady kept talking to her co-workers whispering and quickly glancing at us, and immediately resuming their tasks when noticing I had seen them. That behavior continued on several times, All this while their manager was there and did nothing to address the situation.
PS. Another commenter said they had given her a PB cup for her pup. So I assumed it was pet-friendly.
We took our puppy with us and right when we got there, a lady nicely handed me a small cup of Peanut butter for him. And although he’s a well behaved puppy, he barked several times while I took my kids to the restroom, and my husband was approached by staff and told him dogs weren’t allowed. So we had to leave.
With the gossiping behavior and the puppy situation we got to the point of feeling very uncomfortable and leaving before we were even done.
* Overall, the food was great, and I understand it isn’t a fancy restaurant but they highly lack quality and professional staff.
And unfortunately will not be visiting again. It it isn’t worth driving 30 minutes and being treated indifferently.

The drive thru is the slowest in the history of drive thrus. We waited for 28 minutes, behind one person for one smoothie. There were no people inside and the person ahead of us had 2 things. That is ridiculous! Do better!
