Ordered a chili burger with cheese, grilled onions and jalapeños… got home and unwrapped a cheeseburger with no chili… all of my add ons but no chili. Receipt says I ordered a chili burger… does the chili burger not come with chili? Did they misread chili and mistake it for cheese?Regardless the burger, though not what I ordered, was good. I’m just disappointed it’s not what I was expecting and craving.

Just went and tried this burger for the first time. I got the bacon burger and I was really excited because I’m a big cheeseburger person. The service was fast and workers were nice but the food was not it. The burger tastes like a burger you get at a hospital cafeteria. There was no seasoning and nothing fresh about the burger, it tasted like a frozen patty and kraft slices. If you’re calling yourself a burger place I expect a higher quality burger.

this was the absolute best restaurant ive been too. Super friendly staff, very welcome , super clean , and awesome food !! my 9 year old grandson said it was the best food hes ever eaten and he wants to come back tomorrow lol. Very awesome experience. I’ll be coming back.

My family & I went yesterday for the first time while traveling back to San Antonio. The service was amazing ! They have a cute porch out front so my dog was able to dine with us. The amazing woman at the register was so sweet to him(my dog) & even brought him some burger patties so that he could eat with us. We got the cheeseburger with grilled onions, onion rings, fries & fried pickles. The customer service was so great! You can tell they love working there just based on the way they all got along & just seemed so happy! I love that. Would definitely recommend!!

Food was super over priced for the quality. I wanted 2 small pieces of fish, it was just me eating. It was over $20 for super thin and tasteless fish. The fries were even tasteless. The best thing on my order was the soda.I would highly recommend not going to this vics location. And definitely don't get the fish. It's the bottom of the barrel junk.

THIS PLACE IS AWESOME!As first timers here it left quite an impression that puts most other chains to shame! Ordered the double cheese ultimate burger that came with everything on it. Lemme tell you that this thing was a massive gut buster of burger, with no hesitation and intimidation it was on! It was probably one of the fastest burgers I’ve ever eaten. The fries and onion rings were super crunchy. We also ordered their flounder to try it out and that was great too!Verdict: if you haven’t had Vicks burgers you definitely should make the time to.
