The woman with the crooked face scratched her butt and sniffed her finger in front of the counter thinking we were not going to see. She then served my calzone with her bare hands!! Yes her bare hands. I believe she’s a manager and was passing out her only fans code. Very odd experience here do not recommend!

I spent 11 dollars for a burnt pizza slice and a cookie with a drink. Once I told them about the burnt pizza they did not offer to replace it or refund me. I will not suggest any of my family and friends to this place.

I ate a Stromboli and it was really good a worker named Cedrick was respectful and helped me with my order giving his own suggestions on which meal is the best

The chicken Alfredo was so good. My kids loved it.

Phenomenal food and customer service! Always comes thru and fast!

Undercooked pizza , incompetent workers

There was no one in line I came on my lunch break and I as to say hello twice to the guy and he still wouldn’t look at me. The guy was on his phone and had his AirPod in until he finally looked up.
I ordered a Stromboli and two breadsticks with a drink cost just about 10bucks.
No mall employee discount (most food places do) no receipt and the breadsticks were cold when I got them and the Stromboli was to greasy.

Main reason for the review is the poor customer service!!! Why the heck are you on your phone with AirPods on a Friday afternoon?

The Villa Pizza doesn’t even deserve the 1 star I gave it. I had a young woman with purple hair tell me I was standing at the wrong side. I let her know I was picking up an order, she said she didn’t have an order. I gave her my order number and she repeated herself. I told her I needed the food I paid for and I showed her my order email. She was upset after that. She yanked a pizza slice off the counter and threw it in the Togo box. She didn’t even warm it up and that makes me feel like this pizza will make me sick. I am upset and disheartened because I work in the same mall as this Villa Pizza and I regularly come here for lunch. I have the App downloaded and everything. It’s very saddening.

I guess I will be warming up my own pizza in the microwave here at work.

I never review this is my first, but I felt like I needed to share. The girl at the register i think her name was (Cece) made us a bad face when paying. When I went back to ask for a refill on a fountain drink she told me they don't do refills. Literally last week ate there and they gave me a refill. I expect a refill on fountain drinks especially if i paid over 30 dollars. Not my fault if she's having a bad day or don't like the job. That stays at the house don't bring bad vibes to work. Left to another food stall and bought another drink and ask if they do give refills and they definitely said yes. Unprofessional.

Yesterday my husband and I were eating at the mall when heard a loud voice coming from the villa pizza. It was the manager she was very unprofessional screaming at two customers it was mom and daughter manager was laughing like a witch it never lowered her voice the poor young girl looked scared. I went over and spoke to security that was talking to the two ladies and the manager was still at it. Police officer got called and I spoke to one of the officers and he said that the manager was way out of proportion and totally agree . She sent all of the employees to the back while customers were in line. Something needs to be done to that manager. And yes I went upstairs with security to write a statement.

Leah, Juan and Ceci are the best employees there, every time I pass by they greet me with smiles also the pizza and Stromboli are top knotch.
