First of all, it smells amazing as soon as you walk in. Fresh bread literally pulling you right in. We could see someone actually mixing dough and baking. A baby was as excited about that as we were. The menu size is perfect, not too many items and still something for everyone. We really appreciated being able to get a hard copy of the menu to hold while in line vs a QR code or menu on the wall. Kouign aman was the best I've ever tasted. Lemon merenge tarts were fabulous! Light flaky crust with filling that was just the right amount of tartness. And oh the big round bread...was it sourdough?
