I got my order my fuego fries were cold an stale like they had been aitting all say my son didnt get his taxis for his meal i ordered 4 drinks only got 2

I came to Wendy’s this morning for my usual two sausage biscuits and two egg and cheese biscuits. Ashley is a breath of fresh air. She is super sweet at the box. I did not feel rushed and even though she had to park me. She did it so politely. Making sure to ask me what condiments I needed. Even to making sure that everything was in my bag.

Just went to the drive thru and order 2 of the $8 bag deal. The girl at the window wasn’t paying attention to our drink order and had to ask us 3 times what was our drinks and still got it wrong.. burgers and fries were really cold and our drinks incorrect.. she needs to pay attention to the costumers. It’s not it was busy there was only 1 car in line.
The lady who helped us went out of her way to make everyone feel special.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! Cashier (Meagan according to the receipt) asked for a name for the order. I gave her my name, Chrystal. She asked about spelling. I told her it didn't matter. Then she tried to verify spelling again. I told her it didn't matter, whatever is easiest. Then she asked if it was with a K. Seriously at this point I have been asked 3 times how to spell my name and I am just trying to order and move along. Then she proceeds to explain to me that she cares about her customers and wants to spell their name correctly etc, an explanation I didn't need. We were literally the only people I the dining room. She could have just spelt it the best way she knew how and moved along, but instead it became a big deal and then she came across as lecturing me on why she asked in the first place, further delaying the entire interaction. Next time I will just go to the Wendy's in Callalen where I can order at the kiask.
