The tea is always sour. They dont dump the tea after so many hours like everyone else does and they also make fresh tea on top of old. This really upsets me. Tea should never taste like that let alone that yall are still giving it to people. Whoever the managers are at this location are slacking bad. Usually I would just call and let the place know so they can change their tea but they wouldn't asked the phone tonight. Drinks on average are $3 each. I have 6 in my family. $18 on rotten tea is not ok.

This is one of the few fast food joints in town that gets things right. We always have a large order but they get it right. Plus the food is always hot and fresh. The minor issue that some times they don't put enough mayo and ketchup on the baconators.

Got three meals, two sandwiches looked like they had been sitting out under a heat lamp for hours. Fries tasted like old oil, and our frostys tasted rotten too... I've never had a rotten frosty my entire life of coming to Wendy's. Will be avoiding this location for future purchases, I'm just hoping my family and I don't end up sick with food poisoning for labor day weekend. Thanks!

I just got Wendy's and was not happy with my meal at all, they didn't offer drink carriers for my 6 beverages, the sprite was flat, the fries were either old or cooked in old oil and my chicken patty for my sandwich was really gross, dark, nasty and dry/ stringy on the inside drenched in old oil on the outside the frostys were off as well somehow like that about to go bad dairy taste, usually this Wendy's is our go to but this was sad basically threw away half the food i got. Food was out quick but I would have rather waited for 30 min and got fresh food than this nasty meal. I dont even want a refund I think ill just go to another Wendy's next time. In the photo this is a regular classic chicken which is usually way lighter colored not the spicy. My gf got a baconator and the patties were old and dry like they were prepared way before we got there. Usually not a complainer but this was just gross and im worried that old frying oil will make someone sick

My son and I just went by thru the drive-thru… they were prompt and courteous…, got home, everything was so fresh and delicious!! Just want to thank management for the huge improvements!! Even paper goods were improved … much appreciated!!! 8/23/25 @6:00 pm.
