I love Whataburger, but if this would’ve been my first experience, I’d never go back!
1. A line of customers and only one cashier, even though there were more registers. And it was in the middle of the afternoon.
2. The restrooms were FILTHY! One toilet seat had even excrements smeared all over!
3. When finally receiving my order, the employee removed the QR code from my receipt, so I couldn’t participate at the survey.
