I asked for whatasize meal and my fries were not whatasized I asked for extra spicy ketchup and regular ketchup and all I got was 2 of each for 3 meals!! They only have 1 job to do people come on!!

Ordered breakfast to be delivered. Received 2 diet drinks instead of regular drinks ordered. Ordered extra gravy which was missing and an extra sausage patty which was missing. The gravy I did receive was so watered down it had no flavor and made the biscuit soggy as if dunked in a glass of water. When I called the restaurant first, Anna, tried telling me I ordered diet drinks and I told her no, the receipt shows regular drinks. Then she wanted me to come and pick up the missing and wrong items. Really??? I chose and paid for delivery so I did not gave to get out. Why should I pay for a delivery fee and then still have to get out and go up there because they can't be bothered with doing their jobs and double checking the orders are correct. This location has really gone down hill.

Whataburger Hit or miss always. Great Burgers and breakfast biscuit meals but fries most times soggy when waiting. Good work ethic and training but sometimes overwhelmed depending on when you go. Tonight was particularly long. Wet floor by the soda fountain, slippery area covered w a placemat but still soggy. Overall good burger place but teams don’t always seem on point.

They can’t ever get an order right. Been here 3 times recently and ordered a #4 with grilled onions and ask for extra grilled onions every time. The past 2 times they have forgotten them and this third time I asked for it on the burger and then an extra side of grilled onions just in case they forget this time. They didn’t put them on the burger or give me the side. Will not go back to this location.

I ordered a few meals by drive thru… employees (teens) messing around in the kitchen. Once I get my food I asked if everything was in there. Got a “yes” response with attitude. I get home and my (paid for) Onion Rings are not in the bag. Overall terrible experience.

I went back to the whatabuger because they messed up on my daughter order because she allergic to eggs and they still put eggs in the breakfast bowl. I called the whatabuger and spoke to the general manager told them they put egg in the breakfast bowl.
Geez I ordered mustard on my burger got nothing except a super dry burger. I asked for toasted buns not a bit of toasted buns. I asked for ketchup got none.

The wait in the drive through was extremely long. The condiments on the order was incorrect. This was the Whataburger at Weber and Saratoga. Most of the time the orders at this location are usually incorrect. The other Whataburger location on Saratoga closer to Longview always has the order correct and the wait time is much shorter.
