Crew had an attitude during my whole order, was given greif about ordering a water with my meal. Swapped to dr pepper, only for them to the give me a diet and not make the water until i pulled up to the window. With a long list of great whataburgers in the area, skip this sad joke of a spot.

slow , rude , upside down fries in the bag , and why ask me if I want ketchup ask me to pull forward then not put any in the bag , then when I ask for the ketchup get attitude ! do better Whataburger !

I usually love whataburger but this time that I went I ordered a kids meal with cheese and Graham crackers, a burger with gravy, and a large sweet tea. I came home to find my order all types of messed up. No gravy,no Graham crackers, UNSWEETENED Tea instead of SWEET, and there were pieces of onions on the kids burger (which i dont care about) but it was the fact is cross contaminated in the first place.

I just called this Whataburger and whoever just answered the phone has no phone customer service. Had me repeating myself and just laughing like it’s a jk to mess with people calling. I told her thank you and she replied mm mmm hmmm with just attitude .SMH she needs to be checked! This is why ppl go to these fast food restaurants and get into it with the employees Because you got people like this working there and just disrespectful for no reason.And yes I’m a regular customer but always through the drive through. Bad customer phone service towards customers.

This morning, 05/17/2025, ordered 2 pancake platters online. Picked them up, got home and was not given any butter or pancake syrup. Bummer. Will not go to this Whataburger again
I usually come here during the late night/ early morning shifts, since i work night time. The staff who works here, during that time is TOP NOTCH. Shout out to Hector and Neveya! They always make sure the food is hot, and fresh! Also to mention their customer service is top notch!
This is the slowest service ever. I wait 30 minutes for my food at 2am I have to leave. I didn’t even receive my food I just left the drive thru. No urgency
