Today my fries were fresh and hot and the bacon cheeseburger was absolutely delicious!
Asked for my burger dry and it arrived with lettuce and onions on it. The person at the drive thru proceeded to tell me in a very snarky tone that dry only means no sauce. I've been ordering dry hamburgers for over 40 years and have literally NEVER had this problem before, let alone been treated like I was trying to scam them or something. The fries were also cold, which was ridiculous considering I had waited for 15 minutes for the food to be handed to me. I asked for everything to be re done, which they did do, but we ended up sitting in the drive through and holding area for about 30 minutes at that point.
To be honest, I wouldn't have given such a low score if the cashier hadn't spoken to me in the way they did, because others did try to rectify the situation.

My favorite fast food place to go for burgers or breakfast. Today my breakfast was the honey butter chicken sandwich on a biscuit with hash brown sticks and coffee. The employees who took my order and then brought me my food were very friendly. I will come back.

Insanely stupid slow. Ordered on the app. Had to wait almost an hour for a burger and fries. Seriously. Wtf. And no one was here! Absolutely no one in the drive through. No one inside, parking lot empty. Its ridiculous. Place smelled like pee as well.
