I just have to rank Whataburger low. I dont know. Its just not the same. Morning, noon, or night- they stack the drive thru and the wait is pretty long.
I cant remember a time when they didnt mess up the order in some. Calling them does no good because they want you to drive back even though you've had a long day at work and dont want to get back in traffic.
They dont refund you and they dont replace what they messed up on. They will complete the order at the same time so one person's meal will be hot and the others cold. I'm looking at you soggy fries.
Every time I go for a shake ( kidd you not) even they they are different stores- they're out!
People I've spoken to are running into similar issues as me.
Too bad, because I used to really brag on Whataburger as the place to get a good burger. But now, hit or miss and most likely a hassle in some way.

Here we go again. 1st the fries were not fresh you can tell they have been under a heating lamp. Then I get home and realized that only one patty was on my burger when I ordered a double meat. So I called right away to the restaurant on Saratoga and Player St. The Manager said I could go back and pick up a free meal. Which is OK, but the problem is I have to drive back, at my inconvenience, to pick it up. Note that it was rush hour traffic. I ask since it was their fault could they deliver it. They said no they don't do that. Well well its ok to inconvenience me but not them. Their the one who made the mistake once again.
Whataburger met my expectations. The food was consistent with the quality I have come to enjoy.

Today I ordered a jalapeño and cheese Whataburger meal for lunch and it was excellent. I haven’t had one this fresh in I don’t know how long! Fries were hot and fresh as well. Thank you for a great lunch!
