Here we go again. 1st the fries were not fresh you can tell they have been under a heating lamp. Then I get home and realized that only one patty was on my burger when I ordered a double meat. So I called right away to the restaurant on Saratoga and Player St. The Manager said I could go back and pick up a free meal. Which is OK, but the problem is I have to drive back, at my inconvenience, to pick it up. Note that it was rush hour traffic. I ask since it was their fault could they deliver it. They said no they don't do that. Well well its ok to inconvenience me but not them. Their the one who made the mistake once again.

It was horrible, my first time there since just moved in neighborhood,prolly last. I placed an online order for the swiss mushroom burger, usually love em. Noticed the receipt was wrong as of having bbq sauce when I clicked mayo😞. So I called to ask if could be corrected, the guy rudely lmk it was already made so I asked if could not be fixed he said hold on said yea they can. They didn't, an I got to the woods it was the same guy again you attitude 🤬

Waited at drive thru for 10 minutes got my foood after waiting awhile and they gave me only one thing of fries and there was supposed to be 2.. food was cold lady was arguing that it was fresh and it definitely wasn't fresh!!!!!! 😡 And I'm missing my other frie? I paid 15.35?! To not get what I paid for . Spoke to valerie she was rude. Definitely will not be returning

My first experience with this location. I have always been nervous to try it but accidentally ordered my food through the app there. The delivery person from Skipcart has driven all over town with my food. They were unresponsive when I messaged abojt my food. They passed by my street several times but still no food. Whataburger uses this service and it's horrible. I won't ever use this location again for anything.
Drive thru. took a long time for order and didnt hive me 2 ketchups for 4 combo meals and forgot my apple pies

Slowest Whataburger I have ever been to. I have gone twice and ordered the kids chicken nuggets meal. First time took about 15 minutes and we were the only car. Second time we were the only car and after placing our order we waited 23 minutes at the window and no one ever came to get our money or bring our food so we just left. Will not go back to this location.
