It’s a whataburger sum times it’s good others it’s not & occasionally great consistency varies with tha employees which they had problems with one of tha nights as tha dining room was closed drive through only with only two employees working inside I was goin to say it was @least consistently convenient but I guess two out of three nights isn’t terrible also I guess they have a homeless problem or something because you need a code for tha bathroom that isn’t tha same every day??♂️felt like that was kinda worrisome kinda felt like I should get my food and go once that was brought to my attention but I’m tha end it’s jus another whataburger you’ve eaten at one already know it’s hot or miss

Whataburger is fairly new to me. I am from Kansas City where we just recently had Whataburger open for Patrick Mahomes love for spicy ketchup. Anyway, the food is not bad. The LONG WAIT is the issue. I have placed 3 online orders with the estimated time to on the app to arrive at store location. Out of the 3 online orders. 1st I got there on time stated in app. I waited 21 minites AFTER given time on app to pick up a breakfast bowl! 2nd online order. I actually waited 10 minutes past app stated arrival time to pick up my order. I STILL waited 7 minutes. Total of 17 minutes to get a single burger meal combo. Nothing special. ( By the way, after 1st online order. I decided to time them for fun.) 3rd online order I waited 15 minutes past the app stated time...folks I can walk to this Whataburger location in 2 minutes. I live right behind the location! I pulled up to the drive thru. Not ONLY was there a long line that took 15 minutes, but my food was garbage. Cold french fries, burger had cheese and pickle (allergens)and the lady at the drive thru window uses her hand with her plastic gloves on that she did not change prior to grabbing my cup and wiped the flipping rim of the cup with these dirty gloves to prevent the mess but you've wiped the rim with your dirty gloves and expect me to enjoy that. I was so pissed that I have completely shut down going to Whataburger. Put a fork in me... I'M DONE!

The food was good, I love whataburger. However, the customer service was PHENOMENAL. I was there yesterday, not having a great day honestly. The young man that assisted me, Jose C, was very kind and patient with me. He recommended I try the patty melt, it was amazing!!!!! He has great people skills, this location is good because of him.
They may have changed owners recently but so far it is still the same great burger joint we in Corpus know and love!
