I just had ANOTHER horrible experience at this location. I never come here because of it, but im sick and this one is close to my house so i placed a pick up order. Jessica Martinez was the manager. An older black woman with a thick braid was the front cashier who was extremely rude to me. I said I am here for a pick up order for Javier, and she rolled her eyes, huffed at me, and looked over her shoulder and said theyre working on it. Isn't that a confirmation that she saw the order and confirmed that theyre working on it? I sit down and after 20 minutes asked where's my order? I assumed they were busy, and was waiting patiently. They have six people working drove thru, one on counter. Who is rude and slow. Jessica clears drive thru and starts bagging counter. I see her clear thw screen. So I ask, hey where's my order. To which she replied there is no order for Javier. To which rude lady laughed at me. I can not describe the anger I felt. How very rude and unprofessional. Was she ride to me cause im white? She was nice to everyone but me. I was thw only white person there. Dare I say she was a racist who laughed in myface? ? Do better whataburger? Jessica Martinez is the manager everytime I have a problem there. I will be telling everyone not to go there. The one further down in Saratoga is worth passing comparing up. Pathetic racists.

The Service was excellent can't say enough on Gabby A., wow. From, friendliness, going above and beyond, just outstanding!!! Only downside was the fries, just not there normal quality.

The service here was phenomenal. They had mine and the wife's order out quickly. We dined in for once. Our fries came out fresh and hot! Our burgers came out hot and fresh as well and were delicious on the standard of a Whataburger. Me and the wife liked this location and will be back. 5/5 stars!

I just saw videos of how deplorable the cleanliness of the kitchen is. There was sprouts growing in what looked to be either a grease trap or sink drain and one of the team leads was laughing asking if they thought they could make lettuce out of it. Or if flowers would grow. Disgusting.
Thanks for the cold stale coffee, absolutely ridiculous food cost to much and comes out old and cold.

Watched one of the employees handling cash then handle the food without changing gloves. Asked one of the managers if they’re supposed to be changing gloves and she said “they supposed to” and if I’d like to talk to the person who should’ve changed gloves?? Mam?!! I don’t work here you do. lol. Gross. Need better managers too obviously.

This is the SECOND time I’ve paid for an extra sauce and not gotten it. In fact I didn’t even receive ketchup after asking for it. My fries were so disgusting, basically not even edible they tasted SO OLD! This is what you serve people?? What about the people that are using the only extra money they have left to treat themselves just to be served food that taste like it’s been left out and then fried again.. so disappointed in this location!
